Hozzify Avis 77

My order came quickly and had all of the details that I had picked out correct. They both look Great! I am anxious to see the reaction of the Family members that will receive these sweatshirts as a Christmas gift.

Finally found some Hidden Cloud clothing for my boyfriend! I was nervous to order at first having never heard of the site. Items took exactly four weeks to arrive and look exactly as pictured on the website. I don't think I'll be able to wait until Christmas to give them to him!

I got taken by Hozzify !!! I ordered what I thought was a framed family tree print for $25 and what I received was a rolled up $1 Dollar store garbage print with no frame - on Hozzify website you'd need to page down 5 pages to find in very small print the fact that this didn't come with a frame - garbage - and company will not make good on it - stay away ????

the advertising is misleading I only ordered on Friday so iam not complaining about the product but I did think that I was getting a track suite and not just a hoody for $125

i ordered an Akutski freece robe back in Ausgut, tommorow is halloween and I have yet to receive it.......and they dont respond to their emails

I ordered two items; an Optimus Prime shirt and a Bumblebee Transformers shirt for Halloween. They arrived together, and were exactly as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Michelangelo TMNT sweat outfit and a matching t-shirt. The whole set came on the same day. It looked just like the picture! Great quality. Definitely worth the price. Can't wait to be a ninja turtle for halloween!!

We ordered a shirt and they sent us a completely different color. They refused to correct it and said they sent us exactly what we ordered. They will not answer their phones.

States in their website that their goods are made and shipped from the US. That’s BS. Tracking number is from China. I choose this company because I thought they were based out of the US. False advertising!

I know from experience that sometimes things do not turn out as we wished they would. I was apprehensive about ordering from Hozzify so I had the custom printed cup sent to me first so I could inspect it before I gave it as a gift.
I admit I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the printing and the cup was really cool. My daughter in law loves her new mug! Thank You! :)

Another BS reply from these guys. Look at their replies which are complete lies. They never once emailed me back and come on here to comment on the terrible reviews they get. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered a wine cup with graphic. When the cup arrived the graphic was maybe 30% smaller than shown, had blurred letters, and the wrap was peeling. The quality didn’t seem very good. I tried to initiate an exchange for what I ordered or a refund. All of their replies were dismissive or offered a partial refund. I would not recommend using them. The product I received was not as advertised and they did not honor their own exchange policy. Instead of resolution they stopped responded so I had to call my credit card company to file a complaint.

The offer of a full refund was never communicated from Hozify. A refund was only issued after I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they ruled in my favor. Hozify did not offer that to fix the situation, they only stopped communication when I asked for it causing me to file a credit card dispute.

Purchased a "TRACKSUIT" as advertised, only got the top. Disputed the transaction. Customer Service was horrible, wouldn't ship the pants, wouldn't refund the difference of the non tracksuit item. Still getting emails to review my purchase as a tracksuit.
