The printer jams constantly, and the ink cartridges need to be replaced every month if the printer is used infrequently. The app is a complete disaster; most images can't be printed, and if they can be printed, they come out cropped or don't print at all. I wholeheartedly don't recommend it.
W nowym laptopie zepsuł się zasilacz (dzień 3 od zakupu). Ok, zdarza się. Na wymiane czekam już 4 dni i, po 4ch kontaktach do obsługi, może dostanę nowy 23 grudnia -czyli po 8 dniach od zgloszenia. Ciekawostki: 1) firma przysłała kuriera po odbiór niedziałającego zasilacza w 2 dni - widać, że klient dla tej firmy jest na dole priorytetów, 2) firma korzysta z przewoźnika UPS - wg info, nie dostarczają w weekend a dodatkowo w 3 dni robocze. Naprawdę? W kraju paczkomatów de facto 5 dni na dosłanie? XIX wiek. - ja już nie skorzystam z tej firmy właśnie przez serwis.
The company is good and the products too, but there is a big drawback! This is the country in which you order your laptop, for example, like me. I ordered OMEN 16 on February 23 and to this day I have not received it and tomorrow will be like a week already and I am sure that I will not receive it even this week. The customer service manager does not know this situation and told me “it’s strange that you haven’t received it yet, I will contact the logistics group and send you information to your email.” After 3 hours, no email, but after a second call, she said “there is no response from the logisticians yet.” I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM POLAND, you will wait for WEEKS for your PRE-PAID GOODS. The logistics are DISGUSTING! If possible, order in other NORMAL COUNTRIES.

I bought an omen laptop. I sent it back to the site because of the squeaking coils / high pitch noise (when the fans are on). 1 time they replaced the fan. 2 together again. 3 reserve the motherboard. The problem never went away. I sent the laptop 4 times over a month ago and the laptop still hasn't come back. I feel robbed. No specific info, no contact. I'll take it to court.
