Replacement Product as requested - Fast & Excellent Service
When I purchased a Touch Back Pro product, the colour was incorrect. After speaking to HPSS, they agreed to send another product with the colour I wanted, for just the postage fee. The replacement was delivered only a day later. Extraordinary service that went above and beyond, which is very rare these days. I certainly appreciate the time taken to listen to my problem by staff members and the lengths taken by the owner to resolve my issue.
I am very grateful and extremely happy with your service.
