Have used this company for a few years…

Have used this company for a few years to service my existing unit. The unit needed replacing so used HRV Group to do this, the engineer installed the new unit fairly quick and for a decent price, happy with the service HRV Group provide and will use them in the future to service the new unit.

Thanks to Jack for an excellent service, my system is so much quieter and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. HRV confirmed the date and time promptly when I did the online request. On the day of the appointment they informed me due to illness could the visit be moved back an hour, I was grateful it did not have to be cancelled and Jack actually arrived early. Very impressed.

Actual service was excellent

Actual service was excellent. What was not so good is that the appointment was 1h 30 minutes late due to the fact that your colleagues were supplied an electric van and put up in a village with no electricity charging points! as a result they had to find a charging in the morning and then charge the van!! please sort out your logistics more carefully the next time!!!

The work was done efficiently and the…

The work was done efficiently and the engineer was professional. The only criticism we have is that we had prepaid as part of a residential block but I did not get the phone calls to arrange the appointment. I wasn’t left a message although they said they had and they didn’t try to contact me by email to arrange the visit. Luckily I realised we had been missed and phoned and they fitted me in promptly. They do need to consider trying to contact clients by email if they can’t reach them by phone or vice versa especially when it was prepaid. Otherwise no complaints.

The service was extremely good once they arrived. The engineers were very helpful and did a satisfactory job however they did turn up 2 hours late. All in all job well done. Please come on time!
