Jack Harding came to service our MVHR unit and did an excellent job.
He was knowledgeable and professional.
The overall cost of this service has been “money well spent”.
We would highly recommend his work.

Great experience for a service

Engineer knew their stuff, was friendly and very good at explaining and offering advice. Appointment was a little later than originally scheduled but we we informed of this in good time

Annoying company

This company is a prime example of how to annoy a potential customer prior to even the initial dialogue! Deliberately do not put an e-mail address on your website???? & then make the only way to communicate with the company via a submission form that insists I agree with the 'Privacy Policy' of the company, which just for the record, is impossible to find on their website even if typing Privacy Policy into their own search bar???
Fortunately lots of competing companies who are far more helpful

Great Service from HRV engineer, Jack

Jack arrived promptly, was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, an absolute breath of fresh air. He explained what he was doing and why and offered advice on how we could improve our system's performance. If all HRV engineers are like Jack, I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

A professional and effective service

Booking the service was very easy. The engineer did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing very clearly, He cleaned our ventilation system and rebalanced it so it now functions better than it ever did.

Good as far as it went.

The technician (Chris) arrived promptly and carried out the service (as far as he was able) in a friendly and efficient manner.

Some dirt was left on the floor below each extract nozzle after cleaning their filters.

Some of the work which we had paid for (cleaning of motors/fans/heat exchanger) was not possible with this model of unit: that should have been recognised before the technician arrived.

Efficient

Technician came with wrong filters ( not his fault) but I had spare set which were used and promised to replace but these haven’t yet arrived 2 weeks later. However he was very thorough and reset booster extractor speed in bathrooms which weren’t left at correct levels by installer. Pleasant and efficient technician. Will use again.
