I found the online system easy to use and their fees are extremely reasonable as I was quoted 3 times as much from another local solicitor. Solid from the first day. Had a few issues with a mortgage lender of which HS legal were more than helpful with.

There was a small issue when the purchase was going through, things were a little slow but at the end of the day, not a big deal.

Overall, they were helpful and really clear with what I needed. I will say that all contact was via email so if you’re a person who likes a call to discuss things, just bear that in mind.

Terrible solicitor. Missed the accurate completion date on the contract, caused me to loose a lot of money .Got the stamp duty calculations wrong .
Also breached data protection on a different client .
Failed to act in a timely manner and failed to be be accountable an apologetic for his mistakes.
