I had an extremely disappointing experience with HS Designers. They were very professional when i paid a huge sum for a few outfits but once they had my money their handling of my order was unprofessional and stressful. I was given countless promises that my outfit would arrive on time, but it never did. With only two days left before my sister’s wedding, I was left scrambling to find an alternative outfit at the very last minute, which caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress.

Furthermore, the stress continued. I was assured that I would receive a refund immediately, yet this also turned into a long, frustrating process. Despite repeatedly following up and being promised multiple times that the refund was on its way, weeks passed and nothing was received apart from excuses.

The lack of reliability, poor communication, and non-existent after-sales care was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend HS Designers and will not be dealing with them again in the future.

Customer service was non existent. Ordered my outfit for a specific event over 5 weeks ago and I had to chase the ladies that run the business on multiple occasions - it was always me chasing them. This was on both WhatsApp and instagram as they wouldn’t get back to me. The outfit never arrived even though I was promised the outfit on three separate occasions. No accountability and so unreliable. Awful experience. I would not recommend this business. Be wary if you are looking for an outfit for a specific event.

I placed an order on May 3rd, and it’s now been 8 weeks with absolutely no updates, no product, and no resolution. I’ve contacted the customer service team multiple times through WhatsApp and Instagram, yet I’ve received no satisfactory response or solution. This lack of communication and delay is not only frustrating but completely unacceptable.

What's even more frustrating is that a friend of mine also ordered from this site around the same time, and they're facing the exact same issues – no updates, no delivery, and no customer support. It’s clear that this company is not delivering on its promises.

The level of service is far below what I would expect from a company that claims to care about its customers. If you're considering purchasing from this brand, be aware that you might face issues with delivery and customer support.

I’m still waiting for a resolution, and unless I receive a clear update or refund soon, I will be taking further steps, including reporting this to consumer authorities and initiating a chargeback.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have previously bought ready to wear items from HS Designer from Hafsa who was professional and always a pleasure to deal with.
On this occasion, I ordered two made to measure outfits for a wedding. Neither outfits arrived. I was fobbed off with the excuse that the items were stuck in customs and strung me along that they would be arriving soon. I was assured that they would arrive in time at the time of ordering. The wedding came and went and even after the event I was told the clothing would be arriving any day now. Eventually I was offered a refund as the clothes didn’t come. However what should have been an easy process took weeks for the money to be refunded. No apologies, I was chasing daily for my refund. Eventually the money was returned and Sana who I was dealing with acknowledged their service had been s*** (her words).
I had also ordered a made to measure casual outfit for myself from the designer Aminah Badar via Sana. Both women took the measurements. When the outfit arrived, the kameez was completely the wrong size. They sought to blame each other and kept fobbing me off with the kameez was meant to be like that, the measurements were correct.
It took a month of my chasing for the money to be refunded.
The customer services is so poor to the point that my dealings with Sana and HS Designer has left me feeling really upset and frustrated. There is no accountability or making the customer feel appreciated. Having to chase for money owed has been stressful.
I have no desire to disrupt anyone’s business but I would not recommend HS Designer for made to measure or special orders. I won’t be using them again after my experience.

I have ordering from the girls for a time and always had an amazing service but I really wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Sana from HS for going above and beyond to bring my bridal vision to life in under 7 weeks. From the intricate details to the flawless fit, everything was absolutely perfect – I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful outfit for my special day! I know I wasn’t the easiest client and definitely had my Bridezilla moments, so thank you for your patience and understanding throughout – you truly delivered magic!

Scammers - refuse to refund my money. Happily posting on instagram choices however unable to response to basic messages. They should both be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I will be taking this to small claims court and I urge everyone else do to the same.

After purchasing from HS many times and recommending to family, the way I have been treated as a customer after my last purchase has been awful. The company doesn’t adhere to consumer rights law and even state on their website that refunds are not accepted - only exchanges and credit notes - which is incorrect. Most people don’t know their consumer rights and if you have bought something online that you have never seen before, you’re entitled to a refund which HS don’t offer unless the item is faulty. The level of unprofessionalism has been so frustrating and after finally finding a decent company that sells Asian clothes, it’s so sad to see that they are taking advantage of their customers not knowing their consumer rights.

Been shopping with HS for a while now and never been disappointed with my outfit and service has always been phenomenal! They genuinely go above and beyond to get you that perfect piece! Thank you girls xx

Amazing experience! Can't fault them! Brillent at what they do. Ordered many times and alway got what I wanted even made bespoke outfits for me. And they delivered more than what I have expected. The outfit is as described and looks exactly like the picture and looks even better on. It's safe to say they are my go to and favourite people when it comes to desinger cloths. All round great service, reliable and friendly, what you see if literally what you get which is great and what you would expect too. Amazing service I have never been disappointed. On the odd occasion where there had been a mistake in size the girls have sorted it out swiftly.
Sana and Hafsa go out of their way to get my outfits and even source ones which they may not have in their catalogue.
I always recommend them to everyone I know.

Where do I start, first of all thank you to the lovely ladies at HS. They delivery outstanding service with cloths accessories anything and everything Tailor measured. They helped designs outfits and bring to life outfits for my sisters wedding and brothers wedding beyond what we wanted and expected . They take away the stress, delivery on time and look after every fine detail. They are efficient excellent at what they do and deliver. Could not thank them enough. Which is why me and family go back to them every time.

Between Hafsa and Sana (H&S). The service has been appalling!

Firstly the delivery was a month late! On top of that, they told me that the old system their office in Karachi / Lahore use, can’t find my address, despite this being a valid address for 4 years! They didn’t reach out to me regarding this. I literally had to send SEVERAL messages to chase this!

Hafsa then ran off to Denmark, and refused to assist and passed the buck to Sana.

The outfit finally arrived 2 days before the intended wedding!!! And it was 7 inches longer than advertised! Sana said I could return it (2 days before the wedding!!), or she’d cover the cost of tailoring it to the correct length after seeing the pictures..

Despite sending pictures of before and after, still no refund. She wants more and more pictures! Even though she’s had pictures of the cut off material and everything!

On top of that, I paid to have a matching outfit for my 4 year old, which was supposed to be made from left over material from my own outfit! It arrived in a completely different colour.

Overall, the service and products have been below average! I would honestly stay away from these rookies! They will take your money and then run away.

Amazing experience! Can't fault them! Literally ordered an outfit on Wednesday and it arrived this morning (Friday). The outfit is as described and looks exactly like the picture and looks even better on. It's safe to say this is my favourite outfit. The colour, fitting, customer service, variety, all spot on! Definitely recommend buying from here and I will absolutely be ordering more soon!!

Completely and utterly rude staff, do not even waste any time dealing with them!

Scammed me and refused to return my money, on top of that I was spoken to like I was an animal.

DONT BOTHER WASTING ANY TIME!!

Placed order but incorrect size was sent
Was told to send back which I did and paid for postage myself and was promised this will be refunded as well as original postage
Once received at their end, I was accused of swapping over a card (which to date I have no idea what card they are talking about) apparently it had the size on it and they said it was the wrong one - I therefore opened dispute with my bank and was eventually refunded minus my postage so I told my bank and they were going to then only query postage - I then get this message

“ Unfortunately, no one opens a dispute for a small amount. That's actually petty. We know you changed the cars but because we didn't have the access to cctv footage to prove it we took it back. As I distributed your outfit to dispatch team myself.”

Cannot believe they accused me of changing cards - cards that I have no clue about -all I know I ordered small and was sent xsmall !! Be very cautious as I
