HSL Chairs - Cardiff Avis 

From the minute we went to the Cardiff store to the delivery of our furniture the service has been excellent. Jade at the store was really knowledgable and helpful explaining the variety and design of chairs to suit individual people and explaining the whole process from order to delivery. Head office kept us informed at every stage and the delivery service was excellent

The staff in Cardiff were really helpful and we had a good chance to try out their chairs before deciding which ones to go for.
The furniture is so much more comfortable than the chairs you see advertised on permanent sale on the telly. It is a good deal more expensive but so much easier on tired old backs and they have a really extensive range of fabrics to cover the furniture with.
We did have to wait about 8 weeks for delivery as they are made to order but the guys who brought them couldn't have been more helpful, they even heaved the huge old sofa out of the house for me.
All round great service that pretty well justifies the premium price.

I took my elderly parents to the Cardiff store last week. On arriving, we were warmly greeted by the staff & made to feel relaxed & welcomed.
Alan asked us what our requirements were & then explained all the options available. James provided us with teas, coffees & water whilst we looked at the chairs available. Alan was very patient with my parents & treated them with respect & dignity. They tried a few different chairs & Alan was ensuring the chairs were the right size & fit for them both.
Alan & James are a credit to HSL & really made our visit both a productive & enjoyable experience. We were there for nearly two hours & at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. I’d highly recommend this store.

The sales associates were very nice and took their time helping my mother find a chair that was the right size for her.

My brother and I had two visits to the Cardiff store. On the first visit James and his female colleague demonstrated the riser recliners, and explained how important getting the correct size was. On the second visit James was very patient, making sure that we chose the right chair. We were not rushed. It was a very nice experience. We now await delivery.

We were made very welcome from the moment we stepped into the Cardiff store. Jade and James were professional and knowledgeable about their products. Jade explained fully all the information we were seeking to enable us to come to a decision on the purchase of our two fireside chairs. We are now looking forward to the delivery and to relaxing in our chairs.

Extremely helpful at the showroom and made the appointment a real pleasure as we were making a choice. The office staff in Yorkshire have been so helpful too and all round it has been a really good experience.

The personnel were fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the chairs, explained the difference between all of the accessories provided and assisted me in buying a chair which is tailor made for me. Extremely relaxed venue with no pressure sales tactics. A pleasure to visit the store.

I had a warm welcome in the shop and the full attention of the salesperson. They were very informative and helpful. I was able to try out numerous chairs I was interested in. They explained the process of delivery clearly putting my mind at rest.

We just want to say thank you for the hassle free informative help we received from Rob at your Cardiff store. Having visited many of the larger stores in the area it was refreshing to speak with Rob who understood that we wanted a chair to fit our body type with lumbar support and adjustable leg support. We very much appreciated his knowledge and help and will be recommending you to others who want more than just an aesthetic recommendation.

Good service at home no pressure to buy or sales talk just answered questions I bought a chair and when I change my bed will use them again

My wife and I went HSL chairs Cardiff where we met our sales man James who was a perfect gentleman he helped us choose the best three piece suite which suited or needs.

Our visit to the store in Cardiff was a very good experience. Rob together with Alan and Jade, went out of their way to make us very welcome. Rob was very patient and didn't exert any sales pressure and answered all our questions. We had no hesitation is placing our order. Also, it was very considerate of them to arrange our transport from and to the railway station. All in all, a very good experience. No hesitation in recommending them.

Visited HSL shop in Cardiff to look at adjustable beds with a view to possibly purchasing one. Did not know what to expect but had briefly spoken to Rob the previous week to check where they were as we were taking public transport. From that initial call to the actual visit I was treated so well. Rob was the person I mostly dealt with but Alan on arrival offered coffee and biscuits which was very welcome.
I spent some time looking at and laying on beds to see what may suit and the staff were so extremely helpful throughout. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the calm, helpful, professional yet friendly way I was dealt with. The most wonderful thing was I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and I have to say it was an extremely relaxing experience for me. I spent over £2,500., not something I had intended doing, but that is how good the visit and product was and I am now looking forward to delivery of the bed. Rob has advised that should I have any enquiries not to hesitate to contact him/them. So thank you Rob, Alan and Jade.

There were a few challenges with the purchase of a chair for my wife's disabled parents but HSL dealt with them promptly and professionally.

Wow! I had my Dad's HSL chair which was getting on, we think 20+ years old, so my Mum decided it needed updating! So she took me to her shop because there isn't one where I live. She's bought several chairs from this shop over the years so knew what was what. The sales lady was lovely and patient, and accommodated my dog too! Long story short I chose my new chair, I was kept updated throughout, and it's just been delivered and omg it's even better than the one in the shop! The delivery drivers were fantastic. Such cheery chaps, really polite and happy.
All in all an excellent experience from start to finish!
