HSL Chairs - Formby Avis 

Greeted and given time to look around and try some of the chairs ourselves before Louisa came and offered help.
I needed a higher chair than I have at home due to dodgy knees. Louisa ensured that the chairs I finally chose was suitable for me. We were given refreshments and the prices were fully explained. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed into something we didn't need/ want.
Look forward to receiving our furniture.

Karen went out of her way to find chairs that matched the fabric of a previously bought couch in another store as the fabric was no longer available for new chairs. Fabulous attentive customer care.

Visited the Formby shop in Merseyside with an elderly party who needed a particular chair for her needs. The staff Louisa and Jenny were so helpful and knowledgeable- took time to explain things and even offered us a lovely coffee and biscuits. The chair my lady picked was beautifully made and suited her perfectly.

Ian and Paul who delivered the bed were most helpful, efficient and friendly.

Thank you so much to ladies at your Formby store in Merseyside, who spent time with me on several occasions during the month of October, for the service provided in helping to find the perfect sofa and chairs as a replacement suite for my lounge. I was welcomed into the store and made to feel at home whilst discussing my requirements. Their expert knowledge of your company's excellent range of chairs and sofas was exempliary. My three pieice suite was delivered yesterday to my home in Parbold, Lancashire, from your factory in Leeds by two wonderful guys, who were most courteous and helpful having installed my new lounge in les than half an hour. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive and was most impressed with their service also. As for my new three piece lounge suite I'm absoluetly delighted with it and being a rather tall guy can honsetly say that it is the best that I have ever had the privilige of sitting in ever, in all of 70 year of life so far. It should last me out in comfort for the remainder of my days.

From walking through the door to walking out it was a very enjoyable experience, nothing was to much trouble, friendly staff .smiley jenny was very informative, not pushy happy to answer all our questions. Felt very relaxed coffee/tea offered. Very happy with our purchase.

Our experience at the Formby store couldn’t have been better. All the staff were friendly and helpful but Sue guided us through choosing and then purchasing our chair. She was knowledgeable , friendly, professional and helpful. We even had a cup of coffee as we went through the process. Thanks to all.

Absolutely brilliant service from order to delivery.
Karen, Louisa & Clare were so informative, helpful and friendly, whilst we got ideas to take to our Mum with regards to an electric double bed and a riser recliner chair. We returned the next day and ordered the Platinum Electric Bed.....and it was delivered within 3 days. Mum says it's like sleeping on a cloud, she loves it.
Ian & Paul who delivered the bed, again very friendly guys, brought the bed into Mum's bedroom, assembled it all, cleared all the packaging away and took it with them.
We are taking Mum in this coming week, for her to see which size riser recliner will be best for her.....and for her to choose the fabric she would like.

Ian and Paul arrived near the beginning of the delivery time frame and quickly brought in and tested our furniture. They also helped with a small query I had and customer services rang me as soon as they had left.

After browsing many suppliers, I decided to visit HSL Chairs in Formby, as I needed a rise and recline chair for my mother who is suffering conditions that make standing difficult. We were met by Jenny in the shop, who was very friendly and helpful (and patient with my elderly mother), we tried many chairs until we found the ideal one, right down to the right fabrics etc. Nothing was too much trouble, rushed or pressured. Jenny and staff are a credit to HSL Chairs, and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone seeking that special chair.

Showroom staff very helpful. Craig and Danny handled the delivery and setting up with care and efficiency. No problems at any stage. I would use HSL again.

Customer services as it should be: from the start at the shop in Aintree to the excellent delivery to door! Chair delivered and placed with no packaging and rubbish to bother about. The delivery team were brilliant, professional and on time!
I bought the chair from Aintree so this is the shop I would like to review but not appearing in the selection to follow so have chooses Formby as the nearest

Mattress was delivered on time delivery men Chris and Terry couldn't have been more helpful, brought the old mattress downstairs and put it in the garage for us. Staff in the shop were friendly informative and helpful without being pushy
