HSL Chairs - Lichfield Avis 

We were very impressed by the time and attention that we received from staff at the Lichfield store. Carol made sure that we had the information and support that we needed to make the right choice.
The delivery team, Ian and Paul made sure that the chairs were placed where we wanted them and that we understood the controls. They also went to a great deal of effort to move our existing sofa into the garage, as arranged.

From day one when my wife and myself visited your showroom in Litchfield and were shown pleasant helpful assistance without being overpowering we have been more than satisfied. When we made the order for our Italian made two seater settee we were advised that it could take 14-15 weeks until we received it, in actual fact it arrived almost three weeks early which was wonderful. Then we were contacted by phone and advised that we would be given a time slot the day before and then on the delivery day the driver would contact us again with a more precise delivery time which is exactly what happened. The driver and his colleague removed all the packaging outside and then very carefully carried the sections of the settee into the house and set it up and allowed us to test the working of the settee before he left. We can say that the item of furniture we have received is a beautiful piece of furniture and is extremely comfortable. The delivery men were two very pleasant and friendly people and I would like to say that they and your sales staff at Lichfield reflect extremely well on your company as a whole. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to anyone. Thank you so much for everything

chose a Stressless swivel for myself which I also love.
Had a few issues over delivery but the local branch, customer service and the delivery guys jumped through hoops to keep us happy. Sometimes things can go a bit wrong but it is the way the company responds and the HSL family went over and beyond. Thank you all. Thoroughly recommend!

The friendliness of the two ladies who served us. Very knowledgeable and hospitable. Had tea and biscuits. Made us feel at ease and let me sit in the chair which I had chosen a few weeks before, as long as I needed to. Never felt rushed at all or pushed into buying it.

We were well looked after by the very friendly team. Everything was made clear to us. My mum was able to try all recliners in the store and decide on her favourite. No faults at all.

Very helpful ,experienced staff. No pressure, just advice and assistance at all stages from our initial query up to purchase.

We were greeted and made to feel welcome by the 2 lady assistants.

They gave us general information about the different chairs available and were very helpful when we asked for specifics.

The ladies were also patient as my wife did change her mind a couple of times about which chair and fabric she wanted.

It was a pleasure to be dealt with, in such an attentive manner.

We were served by Sheila - found her exceptional pleasant and extremely helpful and answered all our concerns Very relaxing purchase

The assistants made my husband and I very welcome, including our aging dog as it was too warm to leave him in the car. The assistant who helped us listened to what we did and didn't want and then guided us to what turned out to be perfect. 2 riser recliners, a 2 seater sofa and an armchair. When I wasn't too sure on colourways she made suggestions which again turned out to be a perfect choice. We even had a coffee and biscuit. Well done ladies. As we haven't yet taken delivery of said items I can't comment on that. Well done HSL ladies@
