He also went to great lengths to get a fabric sample for me to take home. The ordering process was quick and easy with an explanation of all the steps leading to delivery. I cant fault the approach and service provided by the team in the store.

Great service
Richard? was welcoming and attentive, had great product knowledge and made the whole process pleasant. The chair we bought was in stock and was delivered in three days by Alex and Rich(the new guy),
again the whole experience, delivery and installation went pleasantly.

Sales staff
Sales staff, Raechel was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy, which was just what my friend, who has dementia needed. He was also impressed with the offer of tea and biscuits! Now we just have to wait for the delivery.

Professional and courteous
The professional way we were advised what we needed in the shop and then the two guys who delivered it were Lee and a Carl F were very helpful and very respectful gave me a full rundown on how to use the equipment correctly, thank you very much to one and all.

We were treated respectfully and the sales person was very professional.
We were allowed to view all the products that were suitable for my needs with out being shadowed.
The hole process was relaxed. I hate it when you have a salesperson hovering all the time,like some other companies do. I would recommend this showroom to anyone who needs specialised chairs etc.
