Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH DETAILS OF THE CHAIR THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN AND GAVE ME TIME AND SPACE TO COME TO A DISCISION ON THE RIGHTCHAIR FOR ME.

We found the staff very helpful. Helped us find the right chair and also the right colour to match my kitchen. All in all very good service.

All the staff in HSL Tolworth were very knowledgeable and helpful. We made a purchase. We had a small issue regarding the purchase but we had a very swift reply from customer service which resolved the problem immediately. Our sofa and chairs haven’t arrived yet so I can’t comment on them.

Tolworth branch. Nick was great, tried really hard to find something suitable for my elderly dad (who has terminal cancer). The other guy working at the time was just awful, no customer service whatsoever, could not arrange delivery for an ex showroom chair my dad liked. Said he needed to call the ‘area manager’ to see if we could get a discount of “maybe £200-300” then said we had to be 💯 sure we were buying before he could call. Utter nonsense - just like double glazing sales people from the olden days. Then turns out we couldn’t get a discount. My dad felt like he was being blackmailed. Thoroughly unpleasant experience. Felt so sorry for Nick who was a lovely guy, he was totally let down by his colleague. Left there and bought a lovely chair from somewhere else. Will never return.

Our lovely expert at HSL was so patient and kind! We left with exactly what we needed! Nothing was too much trouble!

The service my mum and I received in the Tolworth store was excellent. Very attentive to mums needs and gave us time to look around and try different chairs out to make sure we bought the right one for her needs. Explained advantages of each design regarding posture and leg support. Very happy with the service from Bijan. Thank you!

Excellent service from Bijan at Tolworth showroom. sat in a range of reclinering chairs discussed whatt was best for what I wanted. Now waiting delivery. Please to hear since I bougt it that there is a way I can avoid trailing wires (need to read that up)

Reema at HSL Tolworth was really helpful, patient and friendly. There was no sense of being rushed, she was knowledgeable about the products and explained the benefits and features. Express Delivery was completed as scheduled and my mum is now the proud owner of a riser recliner.

Until yesterday had never heard of HSL, but after seeing advert on ITV yesterday morning I checked out their website and today visited their Tolworth branch. Needed to find a fireside chair and liked the look on the website of the Buckingham model. At Tolworth I was greeted by Luka Toluoah. After showing me the Buckingham she invited me to test out other options. She explained the benefits of each chair highlighting those which would meet my specific needs. In the end I chose a Carnaby Grande model and also a matching footstool. Luka displayed great product knowledge.

Reema and Luka in the Tolworth shop made us feel welcomed. They knew the specifications of each product well and gave us the time to examine and try out the range without pressure, remaining "in the wings" to answer questions if and when required. Luka was efficient in liaising with Head Office and in placing our order. An excellent experience all round.

Excellent service by a knowledgeable and very helpful team

Luca was patient, good humoured and thoroughly professional. She made absolutely sure that the chair that I chose would be the most suited to my needs.

My new Stressless chair is nothing like as comfortable as the one in the showroom. It is lacking in padding in several places. It doesn’t seem right for a quality make. I feel something has gone wrong in the construction.

I visited HSL Tolworth to buy a bed and armchair.
First of all the reception was really welcoming. Luka took all the time necessary to explain the workings of both bed and chair. Plenty of time allowed to test the bed and chair. No feeling of being rushed.
I experienced courtesy and hospitality during the visit.
The bed and chair arrived today. The delivery was exceptional. Plenty of time taken to explain everything.

We called into the Tolworth branch and were greeted by Luka. She was very welcoming and offered us tea and biscuits. She helped us make our choice of armchair with no hard sell. Thoroughly recommend HSL.
