Don't bother unless you are happy paying over the odds
Aggressive sales person was on to us before we could shut the door of the shop. Obviously did not listen to our requirements so much so we did not get the 3 seater sofa. Furniture nothing out if the ordinary, certainly not worth the £6000+ that we handed over.

Paul and John git up early this morning…
Paul and John got up early this morning to come across the Pennines to bring our new HSL chair, settee and recliner they were very efficient and put it all together and demonstrated my husbands recliner.
We are very excited and love each piece, the only problem is can’t keep my husband awake long - he is so comfortable. Thank you HSL and the del lads for great job well done.

I did not feel under any pressure, and was confident in the advice I was getting from the salesman. When I finally left the showroom I believed that I had bought the best chair for me.

Beautiful comfy chairs
The service in store (Warrington) was excellent. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and talked us through the options. We chose reclining chairs - the most difficult choice was the fabric! So many gorgeous fabrics & colours.
Delivery service was excellent and quicker than expected, which was lovely. Friendly delivery guys, very courteous.
We are enjoying our chairs, very conf and hopefully long-term worth the investment.

Happy customer
John in the Warrington branch was helpful and gave me time to choose fabric.
Ian & Paul were careful & courteous when chair was delivered.
All in all a great experience & the quality of the chair seems far superior to the cheaper ‘stop gap’ one this replaces.

I have just been to try several chairs at the Warrington branch of HSL and could not fault the service. My new chair will be delivered in several weeks time and I am so looking forward to receiving it. Thank you to the Salesperson at the shop for making my experience a good one.

Met by a very helpful person who went through everything from start to finish, shown all choices of fabrics for furniture and different beds, made the purchase easy for me.

From a very the moment we arrived to leaving…
From the moment we arrivrd to leaving my wife and I were treated with kindness and professionalism.
We were asked if we needed any help and advice which we accepted because we both wanted specific rise and recline chair with totally different specs.
The young lady was extremely helpful and demonstrated the various options and in the end made our choice and have purchased two rise and recline chairs and we are extremely grateful to the young lady for her valuable time and patience which ended up with two very satisfied customers.
Not only that we were given tea and biscuits which were most welcome and appreciated as we are both 80 years of age and I’m physically disabled.
Thank you for the opportunity to thank this extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful young lady at the Warrington shop and thank you to the young man who provided the refreshments both were very professional. Thank you and well done.Ray and Barbara Christian
