Good content. Clear instruction. Prefer face to face and practical on hands learning

Well structured training course - interesting, engaging and informative and Steve Smith, the trainer was very good. Like many courses, I feel they could be compressed into a half day.

Completed medium risk confined space training with Al last week. Can easily say one of the best trainers I have ever trained with in my career. Very helpful through the entire course and ensuring we were all up to speed when it came to completing the tasks. We had a great laugh throughout the session which made it even more enjoyable. Al is an asset to HSS

Steve Smith was a great instructor kept the course interesting engaging and clearly explained all theory and practical aspect of the course. Would highly recommend it. Great job.

The training is well structured and useful. The mixture of alternate theory and practice learning makes it easier to grasp the important health and safety elements in a confined space environment

Anth was a great, well knowledgable and made the course as fun as possible. Course itself was to short and to much to take in the the questions asked. Needs to be longer.

Anth was great at delivering the course but there was to much info to be given in the time allotted, needs to be a 2 day course.

the heathrow location has no signage, hopefully you can make it more obvious where it is!!

They cancelled my 5 day course due to "venue issues" and rebooked me on the same course 60 miles away on a Friday afternoon when the course was due to start on the Monday morning. While I appreciate it may have been out of their control, no offer of hotel assistance or discounts were made as a gesture of good will. Hotels would have cost me a further £400, as someone who's self employed, this was not what I expected from a trusted provider. Now I have a week of no work and no training.
