Absolutely amazing letting agents! Can’t fault them one bit at all. From start to finish there was constant communication and they let me know everything that was going on at each stage. Shahrukh is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever had a viewing with. The viewing was very pleasant, and nothing was forced. His dedication is absolutely unreal. He went out of hours to help us get the property we wanted.

We needed an estate agent to manage a rental property and someone who would be a little more hands on than other agents. I’m really glad we swapped to Shahrukh and Huddersfield Sales and Lettings.

The feedback from the tenants is really good, and the feedback from us (here) is really good. Things will inevitably need fixing or problems will occur and I know Shahrukh will get them sorted quickly, professionally and fairly, with tenants and us both happy - in fact he already has! Huddersfield Lettings are a very professional company with proud, competent agents who are clearly very passionate about their business and delivering the best to their customers. We found a house just over a week ago and are almost moved in fully. The company go above and beyond what is expected, helping us within the day with any query we had. Their communication and helpfulness have been a massive help to us as we are finding our first house after being students. It can be a stressful, confusing time but they have made our experience easy and we are very grateful for all the help they have given us. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking around for a little property for us to rent for a few months going between numerous estate agents and viewings before we came across a couple of properties let and managed by Huddersfield Lettings. The guy that met us at both of the properties was Shahrukh. He had a very chatty and charismatic nature about him and all in all just came across as a sound guy. Unlike other estate agents we dealt with over the past few months, he was incredibly helpful, had some form of answer for every question we asked or if he didn't know he found out and let us know within the same day. He made us feel very at ease and didn't pressure us into a quick sale.

Since then we decided to go for one of their properties on Wakefield road. We have been gradually moving in and literally any problem we have (even if it's just the slightest inconvenience) we simply message them and it's typically resolved within the same day (they/he has been going far above and beyond any service we have received from landlords/estate agents before).

All in all, cannot recommend this place enough!

Having used other letting agencies in the past I can honestly say that I have never come across a business as professional as huddersfield lettings, as soon as I stepped into their premises "I felt right at home", just like their slogan says. Mr. Gilani introduced himself to me with a warm and friendly welcome and made me feel comfortable by offering me beverages, as we got down to talking business I was pleased with how knowledgeable mr. Gilani was about the trade, he was very forthcoming and extremely confident about his work which put me at ease and I knew that I would be more than happy to work with mr. Gilani, his confident attitude and his eagerness to go that extra mile to keep his clients happy was something you hardly come across these days, everything is explained well and very transparent so you know where you stand, Mr. Gilani is very trustworthy and has his clients interests at heart rather than making a quick buck first, I fully trust huddersfield lettings with my property and would recommend them to anyone who has a property to rent, my business will be with no one else now I have found huddersfield lettings.

I am a landlord of a student property and was looking for an agent to management my property in Huddersfield. I contacted Huddersfield Lettings (HL) and a few other high street agents in town and I must say I had the most rewarding experience with Shahrukh Gilani at HL. While it took the other agents days to respond to my request, Huddersfield Lettings impressed me with their prompt response and his enthusiasm for our custom, and first impressions were good. Right from the word go Shahrukh showed his keenness to help. From my initial contact to completing the formalities and paperwork, Huddersfield Lettings demonstrated their promptness, professionalism and expertise of the local rental market.
