Huge Supplements Avis 

I've ordered a few things from them now, mainly their pre-workouts and creamy rice. Started with the pre-workout and eventually decided to try some of their other products too. What I appreciate is that the ingredient labels are clear and the products have fit well into my training routine. The rice has also become something I regularly make before the gym. Overall satisfied with what I've bought and haven't had any major complaints so far

I like their products. I've ordered 3 of them. Ingredients are true, customer service is good, delivery is fast. This has now become my one and only gym/workout supplement.

After DPD had lost my package containing some pre-workout and liquid glycerol, I reached out to Huge Supplements and asked them to help me resolve this issue. Joseph from their costumer support didn't hesitate to create a replacement order for me and even took my wish to change the flavors of the pre-workout into account. The new order was quickly sent out and is now on its way to me; I can't wait to finally get to try the legendary Huge Pre-Workout!

Very satisfied with the products and delivery. One delivery included a broken part, but after I sent an email, the issue was addressed immediately. A replacement for the defective product was sent at no cost. Very satisfied.

Everything arrived and packaged good. I was missing a pump for my carnitine. I sent a picture and got a response in the morning they would send a pump out and apologized. Great customer service as long as the pump shows up I’m very pleased with everything!

I ordered their Wrecked Enraged Pre Workout . Last Wednesday . It arrived last Saturday . I used a discount code from a You Tuber I watch. I'm based in the UK. The package came in good condition. I was worried about reviews but everything was fine. Tried the pre workout for the first time this morning. Leg day . Went to the gym for 7 am and it's around 4 pm now. I still have lots of energy . One of the best pre workouts I've taken .This is not for beginners. Do not take this past early afternoon or you will not sleep that's for sure. I will be ordering this again .

I ordered lifting straps with D-rings. One of them arrived defective; there was too much slack around the ring, causing it to twist during tricep extensions or lateral raises. And because I opened the package, I can't get my money back. How am I supposed to find out one is faulty otherwise?

Ordered Pre workout Wrecked from shop. Had issues where DPD did not ordered it, messaged support they replied within 24 hours and apologised and sent new ordered. Thanks again Joseph for the speedy response.

Be warned: No delivery guarentee...there may be a product out there sent but we have not received it after 3 weeks "in transit" nothingness. No way to directly contact their customer support to resolve the issue. They use ShipBob as a B2C but the problem lies with the carrier. Disturbing that Huge Supplements will not create a channel to refund their customers or work to resolve the shipping issues.

Hidden import charges to UK. They are not UK based despite the domain name and don't disclose anything about import charges at the checkout. Don't order unless you're from the EU.

Joseph with Huge Supplements support team got back to me right away regarding some issues receiving my package due to the shipper and provided a prompt and effective resolution to the problem. Great to know I can count on huge to stand behind their customers when the inevitable shipping issues occur.

What can I say? These guys purely take care of customers. I’m a first time buyer(planning on being long term) these guys patched me up with a couple of samples within my order. Two pre workout sachets to be exact along side my original order, pump serum.

These guys are definitely the prime example of customer care.

terrible customer service, poorly designed website, Website changed shipping address from what was entered to what was saved in my shop account despite me never choosing to use Shop, it automatically pulled the information from the email I used on my purchase. Immediately tried to contact the company asking to correct this, they lied and said the product had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do despite when I contacted the shipper they told me to contact I was informed the product had not been shipped yet and they had lied rather than help resolve the issue.

Placed order #HSEU17018 and never received it. DPD couldn’t deliver the package, after which it sat at a service point for weeks without Huge Supplements EU ever notifying me.
The package was eventually returned back to Huge Supplements EU themselves — so they got their product back. Despite that, they never contacted me and never issued a refund.
Tried to contact them multiple times through their contact form — zero response. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They take your money, get their product back, and still leave you with nothing.
Had to file a PayPal chargeback just to get my money back.
Don’t waste your money on this company

These guys take you money and don’t ship the product. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t even departed the country yet. Garbage company.

After my delivery was delayed, and unfortunately, I could no longer pick up the package from that location, customers service was able to send a new package to a different address. Not to mention how quickly they respond which is another important factor in working this out.

I made an order over 5 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Followed up multiple times with no response, and when I finally got a response it said “I’ll look in to this for you”

The experience has been awful so far and I’ve now had to source the supps elsewhere as I can’t absorb the delay. They clearly don’t ship orders or have stock but anre happy to take your money. The customer service is garbage. I recommend you go elsewhere for supps.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
