No return / refund option.

I wish I had read reviews on this business before ordering. I was fooled by the co.uk website and promises of an easy 30 day return policy. My snow boots arrived weeks after the holiday they were bought for. When I tried to return them it turns out I must cover the cost of the return and the return address is in Wuhan, China. They have offered me £11 to keep the items. Oh dear. Just a warning to other customers. (Product was ok but lightweight- they’ve clearly made their mark up on the £11!)

Terrible quality shoe and they were…

Terrible quality shoe and they were massive. Couldn't get a refund, was only offered 12 refund and keep the poor quality trainers or return trainers (I would have to pay delivery charge to return) I would get money towards new trainers and would have to pay delivery Again!
The trainer quality is genuinely terrible and the sizing is well off.
I will say they have responded by email within 2-3days of emailing but I havnt seen the refund as of yet and the phone number didn't go through.

Shoes arrived and did not fit despite labelling saying the were a size 38. Too tight to get on. Impossible to get a return label and refund. I was offered £10, then £14 then sold I needed to pay to send them back to China. This company is totally dishonest. Do not trust them.

Sadly as many others, I believed this to be a genuine product and based in the UK ... NOT the case. Poor product, not wide fitting at all, and now I gave to pay to return to CHINA or accept a partial refund and keep the shoes that do not fit!!

Avoid!!

Avoid!!! Slippers are not orthopaedic in anyway shape or form, they're clearly just cheap slippers which fall to bits in a few days. Claim to be a uk company but shipping is from China and company seems to be based in US. Took well over 2 weeks to arrive.

Misleading - not in the UK

I bought a pair of slippers that were not wide enough. Thought company was in the UK as per the name of the company but no in China and no free return service. I should have been more careful! You have been warned!

Complete scam

Complete scam! Please avoid at all costs. I was scammed by them and received shoes that were unweable, very small fitting and flimsy, poor quality. They totally refused to refund me, trying to make me spend some more money and they would send a replacement pair. I refused but they kept on trying. It was a disaster. Please could someone spread the words so others won't have to go through hell with them like me and so many others.

Borderline SCAM.

Borderline SCAM.Slow delivery, sizing too large, proved nigh on impossible to return. Hummto initially asked for photos of the the items & the packaging , then £10 refund to keep the shoes, or a correct size for free, with only the postage to pay + 45% discount on future purchases. They then offered 13% discount, which gradually increased each time I declined, whilst also offering a return address in the United States. I stuck it out until the offer matched the purchase price -excluding postage. It took over a month in total so stick at it. I am also in the process of reporting to trading standard & my credit card provider.

If only I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. The website convincingly makes out that it is UK based, with lots of 'positive reviews' (presumably these are false!) but I was taken in sufficiently that I didn't check Trustpilot before ordering, which I normally do. These are very substandard shoes coming from China. Poor quality, really poor fit. I have emailed requesting a return, but now having read all of these reviews on Trustpilot I am not expecting to get my money back. Chalked this one up to experience!

I tried to process a return as their return policy stated to be told they had to ship the slippers from China as the UK warehouse was being renovated. They started to try and convince me to keep the items and have a discount of next purchase a sting of emails later where I stood my ground and said I want to return them and have my refund. Offers new pair at £4.99 shipping my cost + 45% of next order. REFUSED
Keep items £14.00 patial refund REFUSED. Keep items £18.00 partial refund REFUSED. Keep items partial £20.00 refund REFUSED. Keep items £24.00 partial refund. China goods. Direct China shipments.

This company should be more transparent about where goods are coming from.
One pair of slippers - direct from China.
I can't comment on the quality yet .... it's only been a full week since I ordered them but I don't hold out too much hope for anything of decent quality.
My fault in so many ways .... I should have read the vast amount of negative reviews about Humtto.
Sure the slippers will end up in the bin when they eventually arrive.
Will report further when they finally get here.
In the meantime - buyer beware.

I ordered slippers for someone with balance problems who ended up going over on thier foot so they became more of a risk than a preventative measure.

I have e mailed twice since Christmas and have only received a standard response. No one has been in contact.

What an appalling company

What an appalling company. I was told on the website that is could return the item within 30 days. No luck, they want me to keep and gift to somebody else. An absolute waste of time do not touch this company I am reporting them to trading standards. Where are our consumer rights

If a return is requested, items can be sent back to us for a 100% refund, and our customer service team will provide the return address and full instructions. We do not refuse valid return requests, and we always aim to process returns in line with our stated policy once the required steps are completed.
