Terrible return experience and customer service
Seconding something another reviewer has said which is how bad the return process is. My return arrived in Germany and was sent back because it was never picked up. I wrote to the store and no one has responded. I had to pay return shipping which is now added to the lost money of an item of clothing that does not fit. Incidentally, the sizing is very inconsistent, and I say this as someone who has bought about a dozen or more items over time. I like their clothing, although I agree sometimes the quality could be better, especially with buttons and hems, which often come undone. But the sizing! I bought a top in a women's M that fit like an L-XL. Another top was an M, but fits like an S. Come on!
I've been a customer for 3 years and…
I've been a customer for 3 years and really appreciate what this small team can create. The fabrics are incredibly special. The cuts fit my body well and often feature interesting yet subtle details. You need to take some care in how you maintain the clothes, but this is the same for the more expensive pieces in my wardrobe.
I have to admit the customer service…
I have to admit the customer service was fine, beside that no one is reachable in the store there.
but what really bothers me is the quality. buttons falling off, also the quality of the fabric is far away from what i expected. even the colour got washed out after 3times of washing. made me sad to be honest.
Absolutely non-existent customer…
Absolutely non-existent customer service sent 2 emails and no replies. I really like their style, but never again buying there.
Waiting on my refund
I order two pieces, which I never received. Their customer care confirmed the order had been returned to their office. Sadly, it’s been a month, haven’t seen my order, haven’t received my money back. I’ve send 5 emails since. This is so disappointing, time consuming and highly frustrating.
Very unprofessional return policy
As said in another opinion the return service is very disappointing. I returned one of two tops I ordered. Once back in Germany, the package was failed to be delivered to their office so it was then sent to a sevice point. I email HundHund about this several times without hearing back. After several emails and weeks later they finally replied and said that they can not issue me a refund and further that “we cannot go picking up packages around the city from all returns”.
I sent the return by tracked mail, to the company’s address as instructed. I paid quite alot for it to be sure to “do it right” and still this happened. I feel like the return policy is both dissapointing and very unprofessional. I will not buy from this company again and will definitely not recommend it to others.
Dissapointed
I am frankly disappointed with the experience I have had with Hundhund.
I tried to return a dress, and when it was ready to be picked up in Germany by HundHund, they did not make it in time. So the dress was send back to me.
So not only did they not keep their part of the agreement regarding picking up the package in time - which I reminded them of (several times) in accordance with their return policy - nor did they feel the need to maintain a respectful, informative and professional communication: the replies (I got) took way too much time and they did not seem to be competent in helping me. The lack of communication was frustrating.
Now I have suffered a loss in terms of the shipping fee and I am stuck with a dress I payed for that has no practical value to me. However, I am not going to try and return the dress yet another time since I already lost nearly 1000 krones and I am not willing to risk loosing more money.
I am definitely NEVER going to do shopping with HundHund again.
