Having seen a few osteopaths and chiropractors over the years I must say Huw is the best of them. Knowledgeable, good at explaining what your body is doing and most importantly, giving useful exercises to help in the long term. He helped identify my neck issue and I could see immediate improvements after 1st visit, so very pleased. I used to work with him over 20 years ago at Blackbrook Sports Centre, so his experience in this field is decades old and it shows. As is the case with all specialists, the session price is not cheap at £55, but to be pain free or more mobile is worth every penny. If you are struggling with ongoing issues, and need a series of visits, look into a health plan to help cover costs, I use Simplyhealth but there are others and Huy can advise if needed.
