Its a good solution, but having no access to gym on Saturdays or Sundays is not making it so attractive. will need to rethink if I stay with subscription.

Crap customer service

My card expired and I didn't receive an email telling me to update my details as the email didn't arrive to my inbox. No phone call to let me know so my pass expired. Customer service said they couldn't do anything so the price went up by £5 a month. Your deliverability issues shouldn't cost me more money!

Such a scam this company done all the reviews and earned £5 credit. Which I wanted to use for a pass but now gone from my account. Charging £20 for a day pass at Weston Nuffield is a joke. Never use hussle again

Pay with PayPal!! Terrible experience. They had incorrect information such as “Free parking”, when it was £2 a time and I could’ve got a ticket, and gyms wouldn’t even know what it is when I entered. I cancelled within the 14 days, and they refused to give me a full refund despite them accepting they showed inaccurate information, blaming the gym instead of themselves. After 10 emails of them denying my full refund, I escalated the PayPal case and they didn’t even respond so I got my full refund. Terrible customer service!

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry your experience fell short of expectations.

We reviewed your case in full. The parking information for the venue was not as clear as it should have been, and after checking with the venue directly we confirmed it is a council-run pay and display car park. We have raised this with the venue’s management team so their profile can be updated and future customers have clearer information before they visit. Venues are responsible with keeping their profiles up to date.

Our records show that your visits were successfully recorded at both venues, meaning access was ultimately processed. As both venues are newer to our platform, we have also provided further guidance to their teams.

Regarding your request for a full refund due to the £2 parking charge, we do understand your disappointment. However, your pass was active and had been used for two visits, and we are required to pay the venues. On that basis, we offered to cancel the membership immediately and refund the unused portion of the pass.

We’re sorry this did not resolve the matter in the way you had hoped, but we do believe the resolution offered was fair and proportionate based on the usage of the pass and the nature of the issue raised. We do appreciate the feedback, and we have taken steps with the venues involved to improve the accuracy of their information and the experience for future customers.

Easy to use and great flexibility

Easy to use and great flexibility. I had a bit more time on this occasion so went for a more expensive gym with pool etc, well worth it and made a nice change. This would only be possible with Hussle and is preferable to an expensive monthly membership where you don't go enough. Thanks to all the team at Nuffield Hendon too, very welcoming.

Generally good service with multiple…

Generally good service with multiple gyms on offer but pricing seems a bit off sometimes and ultimately just sticked with one gym so that the flexibility provided didn't matter that much in the end.

This is now resolved. Hussle have been proactive in sorting a refund.

Can't contact them by phone. The gym I was supposed to have join did not have me registered so said I wasn't a member. So I've spent 3 months subscription with zero usage.

Thank you for your review, and I am genuinely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.

I appreciate how disappointing this must have felt, especially if you believed the venue would have you listed as a direct member. Our Monthly+ pass is a multi venue access pass, rather than a membership with one specific gym, so venues would not normally find customers registered in their own membership database. This is explained on the venue profile, during checkout, and again in the confirmation email. Access is instead provided using the unique code sent in the order confirmation and shown in the app.

I can see that our support team has already been in touch to explain this and offer a refund, and I am glad we were able to help resolve things for you directly. We do appreciate your feedback, as it helps show where we need to keep making the access process clearer for customers.

Hussle has completely changed how I access gyms

I’ve been using Hussle for a few months now and I genuinely love it!
The subscription gives me amazing flexibility — I can go to so many different gyms and classes without any hassle. The app is really smooth, easy to navigate, and booking a session takes just a few seconds.
What stands out most is the huge variety of locations and the quality of the gyms available. It’s made fitness so much more convenient and enjoyable for me. I’ve been going more consistently because of how simple and accessible everything is.
