Sam is one of the best instructors we’ve had. He is fun and really engages my son. Sam identifies where my son can improve his technique. Very happy.

Our daughter has only started her lessons at Barfield, Farnham branch but she really likes it. The pool is warm and parking is easy at the school. The swim teacher (Marius) is patient and tries to make the lessons fun. The app for booking is easy to use. Overall, a positive experience.

Val, Marius and Katia are wonderful teachers, super friendly atmosphere and my kids love going there every week!

I have been very impressed by Lauren’s leadership at Hydrokidz Old Windsor (St John Beaumont). Lessons run smoothly, with instructors allocated evenly across classes. Instructors are experienced and hard working. Lauren ensures a friendly, supportive and fun environment for children to learn this important life skill.

Katja was fantastic with my reluctant and nervous son in helping him feel confident to get into the water and try the lesson. She was focussed on getting a solution that worked for my son over the coming weeks and really put his needs first and listened to what was troubling him. She is an asset to the company!

Teachers over their are kids and they don't have any process in place. People go there because there are no other options available.

They don't offer any trial class and make you bind a contract where u can't come out easily and have a pay month notice.

Mel was great at pushing my kids out of their comfort zone and improving their strokes, whilst making sure they enjoyed every session. The week long intensive course has increased their endurance as well as their confidence.

Excellent 5 day intensive course, my child made real progress. Teacher pushed them quite hard (in a good way) and got results. Highly recommend.

My son was very nervous about coming to the crash course, it was his first proper swimming lesson and by the second day he loved it so much and said he wanted to come back every week!
The small class sizes were perfect, Melanie was friendly, warm and gave very clear instructions. Keeping the children engaged the whole time.

Customer service is awful and the teaching is so unpredictable. Often not the same teacher and the quality is very patchy. They make you pay 49.99 for the whole month after you cancel, so if you cancel on 2nd June, for example, you still have to pay for all of June and all of July - nearly a month more than your notice period. They will not waive this and are threatening in their emails.

My son is autistic and has been attending HydroKidz for a year. The classes are small which works well for him. The teachers have been great at working with his strengths and challenges and encouraging swimming progress. The teachers make the classes fun for the children while working on them gaining the skills they need. Would recommend.

Our kids have really enjoyed swimming with HydroKidz. Kind, patient and enthusiastic instructors for each level/group and a convenient location.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Hydrokidz over the past few years. The instructors have been incredibly patient, supportive, and skilled in working with Adriraj. My son has grown immensely in both confidence and ability in the water, and it’s all thanks to the structured, encouraging, and fun learning environment provided by the team.

My son always looked forward to his lessons and came away smiling every time.

My daughter did lessons with hydrokidz from reception to year 2. She made super progress from ducklings to level 5. She liked all of the teachers and the environment at danesfield manor is calm and quiet. We are moving on now as the time on a Saturday is quite inconvenient (1pm) and I feel the pool is q bit small for her now. For a younger, beginner child I would definitely recommend.

Classes are small, which helped my child to progress and grow in confidence with her swimming. The instructors were friendly and they made the classes fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Hydrokidz.

My daughter has been attending group swimming lessons with hydrokidz for a year now and is really enjoying it. We have had a number of different teachers over the last year for my daughter’s class so can’t comment on a specific teacher but all have been friendly and engaging. The lead teacher, Jacob, is great at overseeing the lessons and makes sure the children are progressing as expected. The facilities at Danesfield are clean and well managed. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter did the 1-2-1 crash course over half term. Jessica was an amazing teacher for her, recognising that she needed to improve her confidence. She was thoughtful and understood how best to get through to my daughter, ultimately improving her technique and her love for swimming. After just the first lesson, she declared it was the best swimming class she’d ever had!

I have 2 children in Hydrokidz lessons on a Saturday morning at Reading Bluecoats. Their teachers, Reuben and Eve are absolutely amazing and make the lessons fun and engaging. The children look forward to coming along every week and I am so impressed with their progress, all thanks to their brilliant teachers.
