Ordered, received a confirmation, waited a week just to receive an email saying that I myself have canceled the order. Now there is no reply from the hyperlev team and no money on my account, and as I realize there is no product coming as well. So 500$ just wasted in the abyss, hope hyperlev team you burn in hell

The people of Hypelev produce a solid product backed by exemplary customer service. I bought a magnetic display that I used continuously 24 hours a day since I received it in October of 2020. After 6 months of use, it decided to stop working. It no longer “floated” my sneaker, as it was designed to do. The chat feature on the website mentioned quick replies. An accurate statement as I received a non-automated reply within seconds. The customer service rep mentioned a 12 month warranty that my product was eligible for. They resolved my issue better than I would have imagined, as I was ready to purchase another product but instead received the most logical, economical and reasonable solution to this problem. I would recommend this company, specifically (as there are many replicas), to anyone in the market for a levitating sneaker display.

Unfortunately, due to Covid and the holiday season, I have not received my item. This would not be a big deal to me, however, when I ordered my package, the information provided me a notice that if I ordered this item by December 15, it would be guaranteed by Christmas. I had ordered it on December 14th. Also, the information said, and I quote: "Express Delivery *confetti emoji* (3-5 Days) [ORDER BY DEC 15 FOR GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY]" The information provided to me was understandable of course, but the fact that there is a statement of express delivery of 3-5 days as well as guaranteed shipping by Christmas is nothing short of unprofessional as everyone knows that not only the holiday season, but also this pandemic has impacted USPS. I know that delayed deliveries have been expected, but I have received USPS shipments even earlier than the estimated times that were provided to me. This item was the only gift I was going to give for the person I was giving it to, and I had nothing to present to them on Christmas morning. This has been such a headache and I entirely understand the situation, but the information was entirely unacceptable for the amount of time I have waited to receive this item. I am sure this item is of very high quality, but this is my only issue with this. I know they have spent a significant amount of time and effort making these items, but I do not feel that their reliability with information that regards shipping matters is truthful and wish that there would have been more honest considering the two significant events going on. This was my first encounter with this company and was obviously happening at an unfortunate pandemic as well as Christmas coming around, but the "guarantee" of 3-5 days and the arrival guarantee is still quite unsettling.

This is a pretty cool device I must say, and it’s definitely worth the investment if you buy $200+ shoes every few months (the minimum requisite for a true hypebeast lol). Also I must note, Hypelev is good for handling any issues should they occur, so you’ll NEVER be dissatisfied!

Honest company, great customer service! I’m def looking forward to enjoying my stands!

This is a great product and really nice however much like another user I received my package in about 3 weeks once I had the item for another few weeks through the post I got a $100 customs charge and I still don’t know why it was this high to this day was not a very nice surprise after spending $250 on the stand wouldn’t regret it but would t buy another

My entire experience with Hypelev has been very very bad:
- I ordered this as a birthday present
- I placed my order more than 1 month ahead so that I would make sure it gets here in time
- My shipment had a total delay of 30 days, past the 1-2 weeks timeframe in which they state that the shipment is usually made (the birthday present was long overdue with this 40 days to be shipped deal)
- Besides this, hypelev didn't add my contact information to the shipment so I couldn't be reached by the customs and I had to pay fees because the package reached the custom and I was nowhere to be found; I had to pay a 100$ fee because of Hypelev
- Hypelev attached an incorrect invoice to the package stating the value of the product is $25 instead of $250 so I had to do a lot of back and fwd with the custom guys in order to sort things out and prove the value of the product
- I went trough a lot of back and fwd with customer support and I cannot say it was useful or reassuring... I have spent a lot of time, energy and money on receiving this delivery and I am very upset with the entire experience they offered

The product might be cool but it's not worth the effort

HYPELEV offered the best online customer support I've experienced. The product shipped in about 7 days or so and I accidentally tipped the display over my balcony, don't ask. They replaced it for free, no questions asked. The product is cool and so is the company.
