I was denied a refund because I forgot to cancel my service. Since the Pokémon hype, the proxies have been subjected to excessive abuse, repeatedly resold. Additionally, the server is experiencing unprecedented slowness, powered by an Intel E5 chip.

Regarding your refund request, I understand your frustration about forgetting to cancel the service. As outlined in our cancellation policy, we operate on a subscription model where charges are applied every 30 days, and we allow cancellations at any time. However, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been renewed, as stated in our terms: "Cancel at any time. No refunds." Additionally, proof of order email delivery constitutes fulfillment of the order, with no express or implied guarantee beyond that. On your second point about the proxies being resold and abused, I’d like to clarify that we do not source our IPs from wholesalers.
