Extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the company owner actually coming to do the installation.

We rented a chamber from an over priced competitor before buying this one and they were a typical sales company - treat you like royalty until you no longer want to give them your money then ignore you!
Not so with these guys, they are genuinely interested in making sure you are happy with your chamber and keep in contact even after you have handed over the cash!

I’ve just upgraded from a soft chamber to a hard chamber and the service was brilliant. Installation highly professional with expert advice. Fantastic after service. Also much better value than other companies. Highly, highly recommend.

We have a son with lymes disease and PANDAS. We have been treating for the past 15 years, including a hard and soft chamber 2.0 ata HBOT at a clinic. We also purchased 2 chambers previously at 1.3 and 1.4 ata. Unfortunately, they made very little difference.
The 2.0 ata soft chamber, we used at a clinic, was Austrian made and the exact same dimensions of the hyperbaric chamber we purchased from Daniel. We were keen to purchase our own chamber from Austria but the price was about 4 times than that of Daniel's chamber, which made us reconsider.
After liaising in depth with Daniel, we deciding to purchase the large 2.0 ata soft chamber. The transport to Australia took a little longer than expected, but Daniel was always quick to respond to our WhatsApp messages with updates. Through no fault of Daniel, the Australian customs and couriers caused delays. Once again, Daniel was very responsive and followed it up promptly.
The setup was very straight forward with the help of Daniel's videos and support.
After several months and 70 hours on the chamber we can highly recommend this chamber. It works perfectly every time and is even better than the Austrian equivalent. The bonus in Australian climate is the cooler which comes with the package. It makes it a comfortable temperature inside as the Austrian one use to get so hot and steamy with 2 of us inside.
A big thanks to Daniel and his company. He not only provides a great product with a high level of support but he has outstanding company ethics, which I think is very rare today.

HBOT UK have made such a difference to my plan for integrative treatment for a brain tumour that I was diagnosed with in November 2023. After trying different companies I came across HBOT UK and couldn’t fault them. Not only do they offer a better service than some other companies but the price is much more reasonable and I was able to purchase my own chamber. Communication with the team is always brilliant if I need anything. My chamber order was slightly delayed so the cars delivered one for me to rent whilst I was waiting. Thank you everybody! My tumour has shown to be stable and even slightly reduced in size.

I have been hiring an hyperbaric oxygen chamber for a few months and have experienced great results. I decided I needed to buy one but couldn’t get a reasonable deal with my current provider so I did my research and really shopped around. So very pleased I did!
My new chamber arrived Sunday..what a service! I am so impressed with the difference in this chamber..actually blown away as it’s making using it such a more comfortable ride.
From the curved zip to make getting in and out easier, the door window which allows so much more light in I can now actually read a book. The chair with its arm rest and head cushion is so much more comfortable. The steel frame feels far more sturdy and it’s seems to get to pressure far more quickly and quietly. Oh and the cooler..didn’t even know you could get one of those and it come with it!!
Wished I’d found this company before but then I wouldn’t know how great my chamber is.
Dan was great and very patient with all my questions and mind changes. It’s a big decision after all. He also went out of his way to get it to be asap.

Excellent service from start to finish. Daniel is lovely and talks you through how the chamber works in detail. Daniel also came over to Ireland and set my chamber up which was brilliant to know it was done correctly. Would highly recommend getting a chamber off him. Brilliant service from Daniel. We bought a chamber for our daughter's treatment. We were hesitant about owning a HBOT chamber in our home and contacted a few companies online about more info, Daniel was the only person who came back with suitable options for us at an affordable price point. He stayed in touch with updates prior to installation, we even had a choice of colours for our chamber! The installation went smoothly, instructions were simple and easy to follow, and most of all the chamber is spacious and comfortable for both of us to use, more so than the ones we've been using in our local clinic. Thanks Daniel, we hope this will speed up our daughters recovery in the convenience of our own home.

We ordered the sit-down 1.5ATA soft chamber.

The communication was good all the way through and all my concerns were addressed promptly. We did have issues paying via Bacs as TSB seemed hellbent on trying to convince us that the payment was a scam. It wasn't, beware the belligerent bank staff who will try to convince you that paying without card etc is dodgy, no it isn't dodgy, it saves me/you the customer the additional costs of the card payment fees.

Ignoring bank woes, the guys delivered, setup, tested the chamber, and showed us how to operate the equipment. Professional, on time, and polite. It was a pleasure ordering from a company who embrace emails and non verbal communications, this made it very easy for us.

I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase their own hyperbaric oxygen chamber :) A+++

Wow what can we say, from the first point of contact we felt valued, listened to and understood. It’s a testing time for us at the moment but nothing has been too much trouble. They even went beyond our expectations to get us a chamber so quickly which meant we could start using it straight away. Love the chamber. Quiet compared to others. Also love the one unit aspect that includes both the compressor and the oxygen concentrator. Wish there were an internal pressure gauge however.
