Every promise these people made they kept every delivery time they stated they've kept the price was more than half what going to a competitor would have been and staff and knowledgeable friendly and efficient I don't know what more anyone could ask for. Good effort guys keep up the good work.

I recently purchased four tyres from Hyperdrive and had them fitted through one of their third-party installers. Unfortunately, one of my wheels was damaged during the fitting, and the installer refused to accept responsibility.

What really stood out was how Hyperdrive handled the situation. Despite the damage not being their direct fault, they stepped up immediately and arranged for the wheel to be repaired at their own cost. No excuses, no runaround — just professional, customer-focused service.

Their communication was clear, their attitude was fair, and they genuinely cared about making things right. That level of accountability is rare and speaks volumes about their values as a company.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hyperdrive and will absolutely use them again in the future.

They do not respond to online price matches despite providing all the data they ask for. False advertising.

Hyperdrive was excellent beginning with the phonecall with Timothy who helped us with four new tyres, quote provided (which was the best for value in Auckland), someday availability, arriving at Church Street East in Penrose, waiting in their showroom to making payment then leaving :-) Will definitely be recommending them to our friends, work colleagues and whānau. Pretty shit returns policy, cheap nasty products

Hyper drive offers fine it cheaper and we will better it by 10%...what a lot of false advertising. i found a better deal on Maxxis and email hyperdrive and sent the the prices etc. Have never fronted up or even replied.....false promises ....

Couldn’t be happier with the product and after sale service! An order mistake that could’ve been real difficult for us was sorted with great understanding, flexibility and customer support - they’ve certainly won our trust and loyalty.

It is my first order and the first appointment available at my local pit stop was a month later (Christmas time doesn't seems to make things easy?) and on the installation day, it took 2 h15 minutes to install 4 tyres.
That's a shame. Even a good product price doesn't make it worth such a bad service.
Then...I informed Hyperdrive of it and they surprised me by offering to refund 2 fittings & balancing, nearly $80 even if the problem was not directly their fault.
I change my rating from 2 to 4 stars

Ordered 2 tyres. One arrived in 2 days. No sign of the other. No communication and no reply to website query or email and they don't answer the phone.
It's been a week now and I have no idea what to expect or how to contact them.

I purchased four Goodyear Optilife SUV tyres on Monday 19th and opted for a mobile installation at my home on the 23rd February. The tyres were the cheapest price in New Zealand and the mobile installation and balancing was really good value for money. Hyper Drive confirmed my booking and time slot selected immediately. They arrived exactly on time and sent clear communication through the whole process allowing customers to track their mobile van. Nick and Max arrived and completed the installation and balancing in record time. They are two awesome young men and I just wanted to give Hyper Drive and the crew a shout out. A full report with images was sent to my email address immediately after the installation as well. Highly recommended and professional.

Bought a rear rubber mat for my car on line and paid them in full.
They took the money and disappeared in thin air.
Just take precautions when dealing with them.

Two new tyres fitted today, a valve failed on the way home.
I rang and a the field service van was with me in minutes.

Purchased online tyres to be delivered to local tyre installer they where aware of the job but no tyres arrived tried to contact the company left messages to find out delivery time no reply no reply to emails. They are there to take your money but not there to give support for their goods and service. To the credit of Hyperdrive they have apoligised and explained they where having phone issues and offered an unexpected rebate so at least they are willing to try and sort out issues for this I will have to credit them with extra stars .
