Positive Experience
I reached out to Fiachra because I was having a hard time with managing stress, anxiety, and ongoing mental health difficulties. I had previously attended psychotherapy, which I found beneficial to a certain point.
I was unsure of what to expect as I had never engaged in hypnotherapy before. However, the positive outcome of my sessions has succeeded my expectations. I noticed changes occurring that had not happened during other therapeutic processes. Now, I am confident in managing my personal life and stressors. The quality of my thoughts have improved and I feel better able to regulate my emotions, and be present.
I would recommend the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre. Thank you, Fiachra, for the work that you do.

I found it a lot of money for the service. 3 hour long appointments and some calls for 1500 euros. I would pay great amounts for good help but I didn’t find that here. The appointments seemed to go in circles there was no getting to any point during them just the same thing over and over. This is fine some people must benefit from repetition to drill the idea in, but I just found it tedious. When I first joined I was told of ongoing support throughout six months and I thought this was brilliant but the phones calls weren’t what I expected to be some shorter hypnosis sessions rather a talk over the plan again which is fine but I wouldn’t have signed up if I had known this. I think this should be clarified to customers going forward. I walked away at the end didn’t answer calls from caitríona as I didn’t find it helpful at all really I got better help elsewhere and am now achieving what I wanted to when I went here for help. Overall I didn’t find them supportive or life changing at all it just seems like a complete waste of money now. At the start when I had my first session I was excited and told a friend, this friend had an awful experience where she could not get a hold of them for almost a month, they were late to her appointments, and took it quite badly when she discussed her disappointment in this. I was sorry to have told her to give it a try as after two week with them I realised it wasn’t what I thought it was. Edit: Read some reviews and I do think it’s strange how they argue with their not so brilliant reviews instead of apologising if the reviews are genuine this leads back to my friend who told me they could not handle her being upset when she brought up problems abt her experience

Regarding your comment about our responses to reviews, our intention is always to respond respectfully and thoughtfully to all feedback. Trustpilot values transparency and believe it is important to acknowledge perspectives on both sides, whether positive or critical.
For clarity, our programme structure, and the nature of the six months’ support are explained in detail prior to enrolment so clients can make an informed decision. This is done verbally and in our terms and conditions.
The vast majority of our clients report no issues with the structure, rather overwhelming success, so I truly regret that you did not have that experience.
In addition to the three primary sessions, all clients are invited to attend our ongoing monthly masterclasses. These sessions are designed to reinforce the work completed, introduce additional tools and skills, and provide continued access to support over time. Many clients find that this ongoing element is where significant additional value is gained. All clients that attend the first session with us receive email reminders for our masterclasses each month.
We recognise that not every approach suits every individual, and we are sorry to hear that the experience described did not feel worthwhile to you. Our intention is always to provide structured, outcome-focused work with consistent professional support, which is talked about in many of our other reviews.

Got referred to the guys by a good friend who couldn’t say enough positive things about Hypnosis and therapy centre. All I can say is from the initial phone contact, through to the 1 to 1s with Fiachra and the ongoing support, post 1 to 1, it’s lived up to all my expectations. Fiachra got ‘Me’ from the get go. He tailored the therapy to my needs and hopes. He’s always open to a catch up and a bit of straight talking lol. I met Fiachra September the 2nd and I have never looked back the 1st meeting with him I knew after that I was on the road to recovery with my addiction as he went through everything step by step I realised that it’s not going to be as tough as I thought in fact it was the opposite anyone out there that is struggling with anything please get in touch with hypnosis therapy and let your life begin for the better I’m just sorry I didn’t do it sooner but it’s never too late I am so much happier and healthier now.

I recently did a series of Hypnosis…
I recently did a series of Hypnosis sessions with Caitríona and could not recommend the Hypnosis & Therapy Centre enough. I had fallen into old patterns of smoking in the evening and wanted to break free from the guilty and shameful feelings it was leaving me with. Caitríona helped me to focus my energy elsewhere and to break the habit, all within 3 sessions. The freedom this has given me emotionally cannot be described: it is a lovely and exciting feeling to know I am setting a good example for my family and children. It has also had a domino effect elsewhere, where I have stopped procrastinating on big decisions work-wise and actually followed through with them. I would highly recommend.

I found the whole experience fantastic and I noticed a difference from the very first session. Both Fiachra and Catriona were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had an all consuming personal issue . After much research I decided to contact Fiachra and after an extremely comforting chat I was given an appointment within 24 hrs.
It has turned out to be the best decision I've ever made in my life.
His practice was in a clean and welcoming environment.
Fiachra showed a great ability to listen and was very professional . He was completely non judgemental which allowed me to honestly express myself . His therapy gave me the ability to help myself. He was very kind and generous with his time, skill and knowledge. After just one session I came away with a complete sense of peace.
My perspective on life has totally changed to one of enjoyment .

Amongst other anxieties and stresses
Amongst other anxieties and stresses, I have experienced nightmares for most of my adult life. I don't know how exactly, but Fiachra has helped me get rid of them for good. Fiachra is exceptional at his job and I cannot recommend him enough. I think I am still trying to wrap my head around the whole thing, but right now I am just so happy to be living a life where I can manage stress so much better than before! People ask me "but how?" and I just have to say "be open to it and trust the process, it works". Thank you Fiachra!

Cured from Post Covid
I couldn't recommend Caitríona any more. Before my sessions I was suffering which chronic post Covid anxiety and panic attacks. Her sessions with me have been life changing and happy to say I'm back to myself. Anyone who is suffering with similar challenges should definitely contact the Hypnosis & Therapy Centre, you won't regret it! Ian
