I contacted their support department because a crew was missing from the package. They got back to me in less than a day and sent a replacement right away. The person I spoke to was very polite and didn't make me do anything too complicated, which I appreciated. Whatever happened, it's how they handled it that really matters and they handled it well. I would buy from them again if I needed another shelf.
I ordered a tiered plant shelf from them in early September and it arrived about a week later. When the box arrived it had a small dent in one corner but no damage to the inside. There weren't any missing screws, which is always a plus when buying furniture online. I moved half of my plants onto it and it really brightens up the room. Not the fastest delivery ever but solid enough that I'd order again.
I got he wooden plant stand from HZYYLIN last month and it actually turned out better than I expected. The wood feels solid and doesn't wobble even with a bunch of heavy pots on it. It took me about 20 minutes to put together the instructions were fine, just had to pay attention to which side faces out. The finish looks nice and smooth, kind of warm in tone. I've had a few spills from watering plants and it's help up fine so far. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it for the price.
