Actually got really good experience Darren my agent was very great and helpful with getting the insurance and Varissara always support great to help get claim really great experience and very recommended for great help only 1 thing is wish they can help is thailand office have number if need to contact by phone call
Asked for information about health insurance and got a quote it turns out they can't provide me with because it's in the wrong currency. Asked their guy about it and got a sarcastic reply, and now I'm not being replied to at all.

Got an unsolicited call about home insurance. Said I wasn’t interested. Got a call back the next day and said I had already told a colleague o wasn’t interested and to please make sure I wasn’t called again. He said no and hung up! Completely unprofessional and behaved like scammer.

i-Brokers have been so helpful for me in arranging my health insurance. I was able to compare the different insurers side by side unlike many other comparison websites where they’re just trying to sell you the plans they want you to buy. I actually got to choose what is really best for my needs. Now I’ve got the whole family covered through i-brokers. These guys are the best!

I don’t typically write reviews but I thought I would just because I had a lot bad experiences in buying insurance in the past and this was a breath of fresh air.
I searched online and was pretty amazed how simple and concise everything was on the i-brokers site so I could easily compare plans for my medical insurance. There was a very good choice of plans and I was able to get all the information I wanted.
Good service too from the lady I spoke to setting everything up (forgot her name).

I have been wanting to buy medical insurance as I am now an Expat and no longer living in the UK.
The site was easy to use and I was able to get a really good understanding about the various plans that were available to me. I spoke with one of their consultants Michael Smith and he was excellent. He was able to help me understand more about the cover and what would suit me best which I really found useful as having relied on the NHS until now I had no real experience in buying medical insurance before.
The whole process was simple and efficient and I would certainly use them again.
