What can I say, been coming here for a few years now and each time the service received surpasses all expectations.
This time was gifted (by family member) Moscot Lemtosh frames which have to admit been eyeing for a while and the staff were fantastic in making the whole experience a memorable one.
Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and ensure you get right glasses not just any glasses. Also, recommended lenses which met my own specific requirements and not too expensive.
Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I had my eye test today with Stephen and the service was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The test felt very comprehensive, and I came away feeling confident and well looked after. A great experience overall and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and i2i Optometrists to others.

Great service as usual. Ive bought a few pairs of glasses previously and got some new lenses today. Great price for single vision with gradient colour.

Good choice of frames and of lenses. I have a hefty prescription and they offered very lightweight lenses and light-looking metal frame. Staff is amazing - reception, sales and ophthalmologist. I have a fear of going to ophthalmologists but they made me very comfortable.

I’ve always found I2I to be an exceptional place with a level of service that genuinely stands out. Every visit feels welcoming, and the whole team consistently go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after properly. They don’t rush you, they explain everything clearly, and you always feel you’re being guided in the right direction.
Stephen, who carries out my eye tests, is outstanding. He’s always very kind, patient, and extremely professional. His people skills are excellent and he takes real care to be thorough in every part of the examination. It gives you complete confidence that your eye health is in safe hands.
The rest of the team are equally impressive, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s rare these days to find a business where everyone seems to care this much about the customer experience.

Visited today for a long overdue eye test at I2i.
I’ve been in the Howard Street shop many times over the last few years as both my wife and son come here for their glasses so the shop and staff are familiar.
Booked the test the previous day by telephone but their online booking system looks very easy to use.
Stephen was the optician who tested my eyes, friendly and professional and he then ran through my options very clearly with no upselling.

Sarah then helped with my selection of specs which actually proved easier than I expected as they had a superb range to choose from. Sarah also took time to pick out other options that were not on display too, very helpful and again no pressure upselling which I appreciate.
Selection made, my lenses were fairly straight forward and they had my specs ready to collect within a couple of hours same day.

Very happy with my experience and I highly recommend I2i, nice people nice specs 🤓.
