I've been buying from them for 3/4 years now
I have previously received good customer service from IARB and am glad I made a purchase before the prices started getting ridiculous (£73 for a large tote bag???). My troubles really started when I pre-order a Runner's Wallet on Kickstarter. To cut a long story short, I made payment in June 2023 with an estimated delivery of Nov 2023. It is now 10.5 months after ordering, I still don't have my item and they are not responding to my emails explaining my concerns and asking what my options are. So, I'm still out of pocket and have no idea what can be done so will have to look into escalating this matter somehow.
Edit: Their CMO eventually came back to me and offered some compensation which was appreciated and I have added two stars for this. Note, they are now called Kilometer Studios. I made an order but it wasn't dispatched for four days and they didn't respond to a query I had about shipping. I just don't get what they are doing all day to be honest. Sorry if that sounds harsh but they are a product e-commerce business: make products; receive orders; fulfil orders; listen to customers. I am pleased with my bag but all of the OG accessories made with plastic (e.g. the waist pack) slowly deteriorate, so you have to spend again to get units with metal parts. Do I dare return anything that isn't quite right (I'd be worried I wouldn't get my money back). The zip on the bag is broken but, being a rolltop, it's not the end of the world. Overall, it's a good piece of kit but I can - sadly - only get the accessories from one place... I will be more than happy to update this review if the service improves but I'll be ordering as little as I can in future. Oh, one more thing... they offer a free tote bag for purchases over a certain value at the moment. My order was going to exceed this amount but the promotion didn't apply. The CS agent didn't really understand my description and screenshots at first, but eventually did. By this point (approximately one week later), I'd decided to just process a smaller order. The t-shirt seems to come from somewhere different and the shipping cost increased for me (UK) so I didn't bother with that either. Looks good though.
