Underwhelming
Honestly speaking I don’t LOVE it, the images online to what you get in person are not quite matching.
The gold accents on the images of the product make it look very metallic and shiny but in person it’s dull and does not really stick out. I was very excited to receive it but was left feeling underwhelmed when it arrived.
It’s quite a basic looking design in person given the price to be honest and it’s not as thick as I thought.
I would advise posting my realistic images of the product.

Salam!
As stated in our email correspondence the prayer mat was made and disptached within a week, even though you ticked a box that said you understand personalised items can take 2 weeks.
It is not our responsibility if you have quoted the incorrect address, which has resulted in a delay by royal mail. We have still been in touch to rectify your mistake.
Please advise which part of the service needs improving so we can take onboard your feedback.

Perfect for gifting
Perfect for gifting. The only down side I would say is the prayer mat is very very thin for what your paying. Also the quaran is very small I wanted It a little bigger as for the price of I paid I would have got a thicker prayer mat and a bigger Quran. However thier customer service is great and was easy to order Thankyou
