I called the company,due to one of my apartment needed a deep clean,especially the living room,they were very easy to communicate with and to book!They arrived on the date as planned and exceed my exception! If you need a cleaning company I highly recommend this one.They do all there jobs professionally!
Unfortunately, due to a lot of messing around, some “car breakdowns,” cleaners “going the wrong way” and so forth, I’m unable to actually base a review on the services because we just dealt with no shows.
On the Monday, I booked a service for 12pm Thursday which was then confirmed Just before 9am I got a message asking if I could make it 11am. Unfortunately I was on my home having been away and wouldn’t make it in time, which I told them. They said no worries and 12pm was fine.
At 12:15 nobody had arrived. So I sent a follow up. I was told 15 minutes.
And then I got a call saying they had gone the wrong way and wouldn’t make it. Could they do 6pm. So I checked a few things and said I couldn’t do 6pm. Then they said their car had broken down so they couldn’t change me to Friday morning.
Eventually they said they would do first thing Friday because the car would be ready at 10am. At 10am I asked roughly what time. They said they would get back to me. Nobody did. I chased at 11. No response. And as of 11:30am nobody is here. Awful communication and insanely unreliable.
We used this company for a full house clean before move in. The cleaners were peofessional and thorough and the house was ready for us when they finished. Would recommend!!!
Great service! The team completed a thorough deep clean of the entire house before our move-in. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well-presented. Professional, efficient, and excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The cleaners did an excellent job deep cleaning our rental property. The service was professional, thorough, and completed to a very high standard.
What really stood out, was how helpful the team was - they shared useful tips on how to keep mould under control in the bathrooms and how to maintain the rubber seals in the washing machine to prevent mould build up in the future.

Booked an end of tenancy cleaning with this company. Our landlord inspected the next day and called and said there were a number of cleaning issues. We called the cleaners and told them about the problems, and that they needed to come back that day because the new tenants were moving in the next day, but they would not come out. Our landlord documented a number of cleaning issues, and said that it was not up to a professional standard. They kept more than £300 from our deposit. I have since tried contacting this company multiple times, but with zero response. Will never hire them again.
