Buyers beware!
Purchased 6 months 2 connections in May 2025, it worked about 6 weeks then nothing. I deleted and reinstalled but just gives note stating download error. Reached out to iboost via email several times but no response. Customer service is very poor, app is very poor and if you don’t use “WhatsApp” you’re on your own. Buyers beware!

No name? It’s hard for us to check your order or help when the review is from "Unhappy Buyer." If you’re a real customer, just message us directly with your details, and we’ll sort this out fast.
"No response" to emails? That’s really strange—we always reply. But for urgent issues, we strongly recommend WhatsApp or Telegram because we can fix things in 5–10 minutes there. Email can take hours for fixing cause it doesn't support chat. Did you check your spam folder? Are you sure you emailed the right address?
App not working? Download errors usually happen because of something on your device (like storage, permissions, or region settings). Just deleting and reinstalling won’t always fix it—but we can! If you’d actually reached out to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we could’ve walked you through it in minutes.
"Buyers beware"? Come on—most of our customers are happy (just check the reviews!). One bad review from someone who didn’t even try our fastest support option shouldn’t scare people away.
To everyone else: If you ever have an issue, message us on WhatsApp/Telegram, we’ll help you right away.
And to you, "Unhappy Buyer": If you’re real, prove it. Message us with your order info, and we’ll make this right. If not, well… that says enough.

iBoostv EPG problems not solved - UPDATED
UPDATE: After posting this review I received a response from the company and was able to resolve the EPG problem.
There were problems with my email which were due to my trying to set up a Whatsapp account using my tablet. So some of the communications problems were probably due to this, but not all.
So though the issue was resolved, and responses were fairly quick, I have to stay with my original report since the fact is that response was initially non-existent.
I have set this to 3 stars as a compromise between the low initial experience and the much improved response after posting the original review. This update was written on 7/7/2025.

I purchased a one year subscription that was activated 3/16/25. I am currently using Tivimate to access the feed.
I have placed 8 channels in my favorites for ease of access. There is supposed to be EPG for these channels, but I'm seeing data for only 3. The rest show "No information".
I have been trying to get help from iBoostv for almost 2 weeks with no response. I have tried the web form, their email address, Telegram (which appears to have been removed as an option) and WhatsApp, multiple times on each, with no response on any of them.
This is relatively recent as I did use Telegram and email for some questions before purchasing and I did get responses.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a question about giving credit to the individual that referred me before I purchased a subscription. I chose their chat option (I used WhatsApp), typed in my question, and honestly, had very low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! I received a timely response from a friendly agent who answered all my questions and provided a month of credit to the individual that referred me. I also received my subscription/account information immediately, while we were still chatting. I wish more companies were this impressive!

There customer service is awful and misleading
There customer service is awful. My grandson order subscription last night without my consent.When finally got a response they said they dont give refunds for that.Then after more messaging they tried to give me half price back,for service never even setup.The website says 14 day risk free money back.Lets see what the better business and American Trade has to say.There is something shady about the way of communication,have to down load apps to get custonmer service,if you use email been three days and still no response. This is not right
