Icarefone is a very good and user friendly software. I use this to backup my phone to my computer. The staff at Tenorshare are very helpful.

Great, easy to use software. I bought it mainly to get my 14,000 pictures off my iPhone and onto my PC so they can be backed up to an off-line hard drive. This software worked perfectly and was reasonably fast.

I also experienced an issue with the software after my PC crashed. As with most, the AI robot wasn't much help, customer service on the other hand was great. Got back to me in an acceptable amount of time and solved my problem without jumping through too many hoops.

If you're looking for a means to backup your iPhone & your pictures ICareFone is an excellent choice and did for me exactly what I was looking to do, betting it will do the same for you, give it a try.

I bought a IPhone 17 Air on its release. Rushed home to sync with my old model, but it required a software update and whilst doing so, froze at about 20% of the installation. Despite following many online tutorials, it remained frozen. I then searched the Internet for solutions and was so impressed by the reviews, that installed the trial version of Tenorshare.

It did exactly what they advertised and recovered my phone. This made me aware of all the other brilliant features available; I happily bought a month’s license. At the end of the month, I realised I had no need for conventional methods to manage my iPhone and now have full control over my phone.

I have used this software for several years and recently had the need to contact customer support. The response was prompt, courteous and resolved the issue for me. I find this software very easy to use, in particular the management of photo folders and iphone backups. In addition the diagnostic tools have been very useful.

wanted to transfer from android to iphone. The icarefone advertising is misleading, the only free bit is the download to your computer, to transfer anything to anywhere you first need to register and pay for icarefone which is an ongoing subscription and not a one off payment. After downloading and running the icarefone it will ask you to attach your devices to your computer, you absolutely can not go any further without paying. Deleting the icarefone software from your computer after uninstall a pop up states that not all components could be deleted but can be deleted manually, the undeleted components are hidden and not easy to find which is a red flag.

The software is useful and user friendly. Fast response by technical support, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I tried several apps to connect an iPhone to a Windows 11 PC. Only Icarefone by Tennorshare works, and it works without having to install iTunes, or even iTunes drivers. It just works. I like that.

All you need to work with your iPhone in one place. I appreciate the ability to delete photos directly from the PC.
