I bought a cold plunge with 1hp chiller. The chiller arrived 5/8/26 with a damaged screen and found a broken part inside a few weeks later and ZERO paperwork included. I was out of town so didn’t see these issues right away, I started the email with support 5/28, was getting poor quality responses not addressing the damaged screen or lack of paperwork, and as the conversation continued I found a broken part inside the unit. Now I have not received a response from their support for 5 business days, after providing evidence of the broken part. They never acknowledged the damaged screen of lack of paperwork either from the first email. I’m convinced they didn’t send me a brand new chiller, they must have sent a returned/used one. I paid for brand new. I am so beyond frustrated. The cold plunge was helping me feel stable through immense grief of losing a loved one and it feels hopeless that I’ll ever get a response, a replacement chiller, and get my routine going again. Really really upsetting. 💔😣
