Installation happened on time today, two very polite and well trained engineers, discussed the installation and everything went according to plan, until the commission and software change to Monta app… had a few issues but both engineers remained polite and professional even though they were a little stuck. Spoke direct to Rolex Champion line, who gave us one bit of advice and all was sorted….
The company and engineers that arrived to install our charge point were absolutely fantastic, and they all provided a first class, friendly, helpful and professional service. The engineers were so thoughtful, efficient, respectful and left everything immaculate. The charge point is perfect and could not be better installed. It was the best quality of service I could have asked for. I would highly recommend ICEE-EV to any customers. Thank you so much.
ICEE-EV held great communication throughout, happy to answer any of my questions and queries from booking to end. Installation ran seamlessly and we are very happy with our choice of both the Rolec Evo charger and the company - excellent service!
