Fake rip off company half the order showes up then dont answer you and steel your money

This doesn't even deserve one star.
I paid $167 for 3 pieces of jewellery, 2x anklets and a white gold ring ( 2 were 50% off 1 was 25% off) so all up it would of been $493 if not for the specials. I received them 2 weeks later after purchase and was so excited, they looked beautiful on the site. But when I opened it they were these cheap plastic anklets, the ring was fine...for now

I tried both of the anklets on they would only fit my wrist, my ankles are small. I tried one more time to see if I maybe wasn't putting it on straight and it was twisted but when I went to put it on again they snapped in half. This happened to both of them. I should of guessed it once I saw it was that cheap plastic crap but them expecting $180 for each anklet full price I was hoping expecting a good solid product.
The ring, now I checked both measurements before buying, checked aussie size and I recently had my finger measured too so I knew the right size. When I tried it on....... it didn't fit the finger I ordered it for, it only fit my pinky.
I couldn't return the products as they said :
1) you need a receipt. (I emailed them chasing one, they never did so)
2) I had open the product
3) it was broken. So no refund

This site don't waste your money, the products are cheap and lies.

I made a order for buy one get one free. I ordered 2 rings. The order never tracked. What arrived after around 2-3 weeks was only ONE ring which was the free with purchase one. The more expensive one was missing. It came in a dodgy Chinese package with no iceexoffical branding whatsoever. A 'fashion jewelry' pouch a random non branded note saying to leave a review and contact them if any issues but no contact details. I've been trying to contact the company via email, Facebook messenger and Instagram messages to resolve this issue but have had no response and when I asked for help on their Facebook posts they blocked me. This is clearly a scam. Don't waste your time or money on them. Hopefully they see this and do the right thing by me.

As i see most of the none paid or bot responses i know to expect not to get my item or itll be months, and itll be trash qaulity i have already waited for weeks and been told its shipped with no update as if carriers haven't gotten item no i didnt know it was from china or the scam parts of this company i have went through what the real buyers here have said which is no response from anyone beyond sad

No updates on delivery. No answer to emails. To me it is a scam. Take your money then nothing. Never again and would never recommend this company.

I had made a few purchases from Iceex and always been happy, I then has a problem with a bracelet, I emailed many times but no reply each time.

A company is only as good as its customer service and sadly Iceex have truly awful customer service and they have lost a customer.

I ordered a ring that stated it was waterproof and tarnish proof. Paid £53 took ages for delivery. I worn it for about 3 weeks then I started to see it tarnish. I emailed them 1000 times and never got a reply. They still send me discount codes but can't even reply to my emails. Disgusting and very unprofessional.

I received the necklace I ordered. When I opened it the pendant dropped to the floor with one part of the necklace not even attached to one side. The clasp is also broken, will not fully close so even if I fix the necklace myself I will need to replace the clasp completely. Seems as though the whole thing is just made of cheap plastic as well which is a very different description to what is advertised.

I know I am only buying cheap rings which is fine but when I received a wrong size ring from what I ordered then I would expect some customer service to exchange or refund the product,only to be totally ignored after following their criteria with photo's and polite email as well as via messenger. So beware, I wouldn't buy from here again.

Rubbish. Nothing like the photos. The website photos show genuine gold chains, what you receive is worlds apart. Different clasp, can see the joins in every link. Don’t waste your time or money. If you want a chain like this go and spend 10k on a real one or don’t bother. Wearing this item is laughable

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute scam site. Products are nothing like what's advertised and they refuse to answer emails.

I bought a $200 ring on sale for $75. It tarnished within a weeks wear. Wrote them many emails and tried to contact them on messenger and was blocked. Disgusting rip off merchants. They deserve no stars. My email was polite, included photos and proof of purchase dates etc

Looks legit.. they offer all the payment methods and a “ lifetime guarantee” but once they have your money you won’t hear from them again.. the stuff is very poor quality, takes ages to arrive and is very cheaply packaged.. started to discolour straight away..
I want the refund I am entitled to but can’t get an answer out of them and if you post on their social media they just block you?? I will be taking this to consumer affairs and reporting them to Afterpay and shop who seem to endorse them.. IT IS A SCAM BUY ELSEWHERE!

Scammers!!!! Took my money and never sent the goods, not answering emails and when I left a message on their post on instagram about getting back to me they blocked me from posting, buyer beware, they are a bunch of SCAMMERS!!!!!

Scammers item arrived broken Looks cheap and nasty. They don't answer emails and just block you if you make a negative remark. They should be banned from trading. Advertise the have businesses everywhere but items come from China. Thanks for ripping me off as I'm still paying for your junk as I used afterpay

Crap quality. Not 18k over silver. Just gold coloured over stainless steel. Not worth what they charge. Absolute ripoff. Pictures show 18k stamping. Turns up with stainless steel stamping on a product that looks like it was brought at a $2 shop

I paid for a buy one get the same item free. Only one item was sent. I cant return it as they dont accept returns. Ive sent several emails which they have ignored. There's no phone number either. Scammers.

You are con artist take peoples money then u blocked them from leaveI g reviews and telling customers u are scammers u don’t return emails u block instead I have notified the police for action
