Ice Kickz customer service was outstanding, there was a issue with the supplier sending the wrong colour but the company went above and beyond to solve the issue, they replied promptly and even let me keep the incorrect colour as a gesture of goodwill. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you IceKickz for such amazing customer service.

IceKickz are great! They were so responsive to my messages and questions and posted as soon as they were able. The tracksuit I ordered didn’t fit my boyfriend and they exchanged it for me for another style in another size with no hassle whatsoever and the new tracksuit came 3 days after I returned the one that was no good. The tracksuit is so nice and a well received gift, would recommend

Icekickz are awful and I do not ever…
Icekickz are awful and I do not ever recommend buying from them. I appreciate they are a small company but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. This has been going on for over 2 months. They send a £315 tracksuit via Royal Mail tracked 24 which only covers the sender for £50 and this was therefore left in a ‘safe space’ which was not in fact a safe space and can be entered by any person from the street which is the reason how Royal Mail left my package there in the first place - I have also never specified for this to be left there and shouldn’t have in the first place. I have been back and forward with police I have a crime ref and Royal Mail have advised me many many times that there in nothing I can do and the seller is the one who needs to get in touch as they would be covered and they have refused to even help me. As I said I’ll never be using this company again as I am now out of pocket and a lot of time wasted and unneeded stress. Will definitely not be using a small company ever again.

Our team have been in detailed discussions with you regarding this. Unfortunately you have been a victim of BURGLARY and your order was stolen from inside your property (House) after delivery. No company would cover this. Neither will Royal Mail re-imburse us regardless of what method was used to ship. Your package was successfully delivered according to them which shows it being inside your property on evidence. It is unfortunate that you’ve been a victim of burglary however this is not a stolen/lost in transit parcel. You have confirmed yourself you’ve been a victim of burglary. We cannot predict or cover for these unforeseen circumstances. We are sorry you’ve been a victim. Please stay in contact with the police. Also to clarify your information is misleading and false. The order was left inside your property not on the street. Please refrain from attempting to manipulate the truth in order to bully our company into providing a replacement. This will not be tolerated and we will report you for defamation.
As of 27/12/2024 our team have investigated your account and can see that you have made exactly the same excuse to Label Source, End and other companies alike stating exactly the same story and giving them a negative review after they’ve refused to refund or replace. As similar to us they suspected foul play or confirmed it’s not the business liability. We have passed on your details to fraud prevention agencies as we are very confident you are parcel theft/lost scammer.
