Iconic Arms Avis

I am a first time gun owner and met with Ariel. He was extremely helpful without being pushy or salesy. He was very thorough explaining each firearm and ultimately helped me find a great one that I’m excited to use. I would recommend him/ iconic arms for anyone in the Bergen County area.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

Great staff and by appointment only can’t get any better thanks icon

Ariel and his partner was very helpful, would definitely recommend them for first time buyers.

Great place with knowledgeable people that will go the extra mile for you. Definitely not in it for a quick sale. Took the time to explain every important detail and made us feel comfortable and even offered us cappuccinos. Highly recommend. Not your normal gun shop.

Customer service was excellent, the pistol was at my FFL within 4 days. Bul Armory is an excellent choice of weapon, great price great quality love my Cherokee. The only thing is that the pistol didn't come with a manual. I thought all new guns come with a manual.

Amazing service, knowledge and responsiveness. Definitely going back.

Great product great communication great seller

We purchased three firearms and a red dot sight. We were very pleased with the transaction process. No issues encountered. Very automated process and no snail-mail / faxing of forms. Most important, they're trustworthy.

They are well versed in domestic/foreign firearms and supporting accessories. Looking forward to shopping with them when the market cools down. They demonstrated some great cerakote options on ‘Other’ categories. Definitely worth your time browsing their site and calling for availability. Click on the manufacturers tab and browse away.

Went couple times with appointment and checked some of the items what I was interested. I met with Ariel truly gentlemen and even though they were on the process on moving to different offices and very busy, Ariel found time for me on showing some of the fire-arms he had at that time available. After couple visits I decided with Ariels help to get what was comfortable for me. couple days later I was called to pick up my fire-arm.smooth transition.

Given the circumstances, I am very pleased with this transaction. At the end of the day, my order will take 4 months, but O. Took extra time to make sure that I got what I wanted and is a very personable individual. Glad to support a small shop and keep American dollars flowing!

I’m not one to write a review but this I had to do Iconic Arms is truly the Best!!! I’m a woman and first time gun owner, this dealer made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I ended up getting two handguns and they absolutely have a customer for life. Thank you Ariel and Iconic Arms for the amazing knowledge and service. Great place you won’t regret it.

There was a small hiccup with my order and Iconic handled it immediately and professionally. Sometimes things don't go as planned and that is when you find out how good a company is. Iconic stepped up and showed why they are great. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Iconic Arms on the recommendation of a friend. Glad I did because I have been looking for a specific hard to find magazine for a pistol that has been in the family for years. I placed the order and had it within ten days. Great customer service and fair prices.
