Phone contact was fine. Still, Iconicwatches sold a Patek Aquanaut for 16.000,- Euros in a 10/10 condition. After a long process just waiting for the confirmation that my payment received I got a watch with a scratch on the bezel and a shortened strap. Eventhough I asked to check the strap before shipment, it was send out believing that the customer has to exept it. Beside, the icon watch website has a nice chat function, where you never get an answer. When you are posting a claim, a custpmer service guy just refers to UK law and dont care anymore.
I am buying a lot watches here and there. But honestly, this was the worst experience ever made. My learning, "Iconicwatches" is not a serious source and business partner.

Purchased an IWC portofino online after communicating over the telephone and online enquiry system several times. Agreed to pay the advertised price for the watch and was offered free shipping.
Paid in full online and my account was debited but decided to collect in store the next day as I'm only 30 minutes away and managed to book a day off. Only when I get to the store and try the watch on do they tell me the advertised price was wrong by £1k! and there was nothing they could do about it. I got a half hearted apology and left the store never to return. Poor customer service is an understatement and would have expected the mistake to have been spotted much sooner.

Ordering and paying was very easy, I had looked at an alternative website but I was not happy or confident in paying using Escrow (the only payment method offered) I had researched prices for my watch and decided that an unworn watch with the Omega full international warranty was the best option for me. My order was placed and throughout the whole process I was kept fully informed about my order and the delivery tracking. My watch arrived one day later and was in perfect condition with all of the correct validated warranty card and paperwork.

Communication is excellent - Service is Excellent and most of all the Watch which I ordered was 100% as stated with all the relevant paperwork etc.

I saved £1100 on RRP from a UK Rolex AD and barring loosing a couple of weeks on the 5 year warranty everything else was spot on. (The watch had been sourced from a European Rolex AD).
I collected my watch in person from their premises in Blackburn and the experience was great !
Will definitely use again in the future !!!
