This may seem a strange review it's actually about the aftercare you receive from Iconic Watches. I've purchased two Rolexes from Iconic & wrote two reviews but I just wanted to highlight the Brilliant service you can expect if you should ever have to contact them after the purchase even for help that may seem trivial iconic is always there to help

It was an 'in stock' item and was delivered next day really well packaged, just in time before the Easter Holidays. I made fantastic savings with Iconic Watches and I would wholly recommend them. Their service is second to none.

I bought a rolex but returned it as the description was different online to what it actually was. I notified iconic watches team & told me I could return watch & they'd refund postage. I then bought another rolex which apparently had a long waiting list I didn't wait long at all & it came within a week.
The service is very good & as soon as I placed my order I was sent a few emails confirming purchase, delivery, etc. My queries were always answered. I would definitely purchase another watch from them & would recommend.

This is my 4th purchase from Iconic Watches and as usual the service is 1st class with great communication. The staff are very helpful and the proces of purchase is very easy but with clients best interest.

Excellent communication, product exactly as specified and a pleasure to buy from.

Was told to avoid the Breitling M2000 from these guys but after a conversation with them and being told I could return in 14 days if I was not happy I thought I would give it a go. I got the watch and called Breitling to double check it. They came back and said it did have an international warranty and could be taken anywhere so the watch was good to go. Given it was brand new it was mint and given that I save £1560 off of retail, you could say I was a happy camper....
Will definitely consider these guys again.....

I was looking to buy an Omega Seamaster so made an appointment to pop in and have a look at the black & blue versions. Tried both on and said i was interested and would decide which colour to buy.

A few days later i decided on the black so arranged to collect from the shop as i work in Blackburn. Arranged a time for the following day and the watch was ready when i arrived and just had a couple of links removed from the strap. 10 mins later i'm on my way home with a new purchase.

Great service and i'd definitely recommend using them and will be using them for any future purchases.

I was a bit nervous about spending so much money on an unknown site at first, but having read some good reviews, I decided to take a chance and was pleased I did. This was my second order from this great company. I ordered a tag aquaracer for my friend Samantha but they didn't have one in stock. They ordered one in for me and I had it delivered to my home in just over a week. They kept me informed throughout and I got a great saving. When I have enough money I'll get another from them and I can't recommend them highly enough

I treated myself to a Tudor Pelagos in blue. And love it. The watch was next day delivery it was sized and time set. Very pleased and will be ordering another soon. I was concerned to spend that much and not visiting a shop, don't be if you are considering a purchase. It went like a dream.
