Icon Parking - 205 THIRD PARKING LLC Avis 88

I had a reservation ahead of time that I paid for, and was charged additionally onsite. Parking attendant did not appear to understand how to apply the reservation.

I reserved a parking spot at 205 Third. I paid with my credit card. When I arrived there was no reservation and I had to pay again!! Charged twice! I am trying to straighten out this mess.

Liked ensuring the parking with an advanced reservation. Found the process once I arrived confusing though. Attendant explained it but it wasn’t clear still. He said I could just show the ticket and checkout when I returned. That helped

I park with Icon frequently but this was my first time at this location. Parking attendant was grumpy and yelled at me. For how expensive it is to use this parking service, I would expect the attendant to be courteous.

part of what makes the experience great with icon parking, is the ease of booking a spot. the other part I appreciate is the general friendliness of the guys who work there. I've never had to wait long, they always inspect the car before I leave it, and it's always been in the same condition when I pick it up.

I gave three stars because of the high charge for my parking $56.00. I had to be in the NY Eye & Ear Hospital by 6am. The parking attendant was vey nice.
The place was also very clean. I guess it is what it is.
I have to have the second eye done on July 10th.

I had a parking reservation at 205 Third Ave, New York, NY for April 21 at 3pm-12am, #IP740939. I arrived at 3:35pm. I was told they were full and to go to another location. I asked for the name and address but the attendant told me he did not know. It turned out there was no parking facility on that street. I am wondering why your system allowed me to make a reservation at a location which did not have a place for my car. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the 205 3rd Ave so you can imagine how I felt discovering that I had nowhere to park. I would like a refund of $25.99, the cost of my reservation. I do not plan to reserve parking with Icon again - unless I am DESPARATE!!!
Follow up reply from Icon came faster than I expected. Then came a fast refund. Unfortunately, there is no way to make up for a this experience.

Great price and wonderful customer service

Everything worked smoothly at the garage. The reservation policy, however is a pain. Going out in New York has become a logistical marathon.
