The garage attendant was very friendly and welcoming. No wait in entering or in picking up my car. Have used the icon app for reservations many times and will continue to do so.

Depending on the garage I am charged as…
Depending on the garage I am charged as an oversized vehicle. And usually they tell u this when u pull up. But when I was in another Icon I was told my vehicle was not on the list which was posted on the wall. There needs to be a consistent policy in all the garages so I don’t have to argue with the attendant every time. I’m seriously considering switching to City Parking because their oversized fee is less than Icon. And since there’s no longer a 10% discount and an additional convenience fee I don’t see any advantage to parking with Icon.

Linda, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversize fee of $15.00 per 24 hours will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
Bad service never try it here again

The employee working at the time was…
The employee working at the time was disorganized. A car was trying to come out but forced people to back up, causing the car in front of me to back up to my car damaging the front bumper. The employee never apologized, stating that he had no control: he was right next to the car that backed up to me. All he had to do was tell her to stop

The manager of the parking lot was…
The manager of the parking lot was super polite and helpful. People were pushy and rude but he kept his cool. He could fit all the big SUVs into the available area that I thought was next to impossible but he did it anyways. And he never stopped smiling! I never realized how stressful a job like this could be until today. He’s a pro!

The attendance handled a difficult situation where one of the customers forgot to leave his keys in the car. We would’ve been stuck, not able to get out, but he was able to use his tools and put the car up on lifts and physically push the car to the side so that myself and another patron could get out.
