The pump on the toothpaste doesn't…
The pump on the toothpaste doesn't work. Can't use as I can't get the toothpaste out. Mouthwash is not as good as other whitening brands I have used. Not worth the money

Ordered the 14 Day Smile Transformation…
Ordered the 14 Day Smile Transformation Kit on 7 October. Still waiting. No dispatch, no tracking, nothing.
I've emailed them five times now. Every reply is very polite and says absolutely nothing. "We'll chase it." "We can't give you a date." "We'll escalate it." "We'll escalate it to a manager." Honestly, I'm fairly sure I've been talking to a chatbot. My last email went in on Saturday night and the reply landed at 9.02 Monday morning, with my own sentences copied straight back at me. If it is a robot, fair play to it, it's a lot better at apologising than the warehouse is at posting things.
Meanwhile the same kit is still on their website with free express and next day delivery. Express to where, I'd like to know, because it's not my house.
The best bit? Their system emailed me to ask how my teeth were getting on, seven days into the whitening course. Lovely, thanks. They'd be getting on a lot better if the kit had ever left the building.
To be fair, they did offer a refund. But I don't want a refund, I want what I paid for. Until they sort out whatever's going on behind the scenes, I'd think twice before ordering.

Still awaiting for my purchase. When I ordered the delivery it was promised 3-5 days then get an email to say stock is low and an unexpected delay!
Wouldn’t have bothered ordering if you can’t meet the delivery date promised.

You're asking for a review when I…
You're asking for a review when I haven't received my order. I payed for next-day delivery a week ago. I think it's about time you let people know what is going on. I haven't any updates. I'll give it until Friday, if I still haven't received my order I'm going to do a chargeback. If you updated people they would understand. It's appalling that you're sending emails asking for a review but you can't send one letting people know what's happening with their orders.
Edit: Thank you for getting back ASAP. Thank you for refunding my delivery. All you had to do was be honest. I will update my review when I've tried the product.
