I’ll never get boots elsewhere
I recommend Ida to everyone I know. I used to get sore joints and blisters after games, particularly on hard courts, but not with these shoes. I feel supported the same way as when I wear a good pair of runners. The team are also beyond helpful for questions/returns – everything!

easy to order and good value for money. We purchased boots for our youngest daughter last month and she loves them. These boots were for my oldest daughter - the initial size ordered didn't fit but the exchange process was quick and easy.

The boots arrived with a blemish on the right boot, they are also a bit tight so I requested a refund, I'm still waiting for instructions on how to return the boots, because the turnaround is so slow I've had to order boots from elsewhere

Excellent customer service
The initial purchase got lost in the shipping process and when we informed customer service they immediately express shipped a new pair and we had it within days! My daughter is really enjoying the fit and function of the IDA Classica 22 and we would definitely consider buying this brand again in the future.

IDA burgundy soccer cleats
The customer care by Naomi was fantastic throughout my purchase of the IDA rise Womens soccer cleats in burgundy. With her help I was able to find just the right boots for me.
When the boots arrived they had been carefully packaged and looked just like the image on their website. They fitted like a glove and are the most comfortable boots I’ve had throughout the whole of my sporting life!
