Be weary of this company. I called and canceled my services in January and they continued to bill my services another 2 months. The customer services reps are tried to mislead you into not canceling at the time of your initial call, so that billing can continue. The services were sub par and there are less expensive and more comprehensive options available. Avoid this company.

I had the worst experience with hackers. My computer was hacked, and I reported the incident to IdentityIQ. The representative advised that I have a police report and contact my bank, the one the hackers used.
I am very pleased with the service IdentityIQ provided. Leif was in charge of my case, and he was thorough and guided me on securing the system more tightly. He will call to follow up to make sure everything is okay and there are no more incidents. This company cares about your safety in all areas, including monitoring your credit report and identity theft, which is very important to me.
Leif followed the protocols, and I appreciate his customer service and care for the case.

I signed up under the impression that I would be receiving a $1 trial, but my debit card was charged $29.87 because I couldn't cancel my subscription before the trial ended! So I'm asking for a refund to be issued!

Ok was charged 2 months in a row for this service- won't use, never signed up for. Kris contacted me and gave my 2 months back promptly might I add and was very professional and courteous on the telephone- I was the not so pleasant one. OK well my experience with identityiq wasn't too great at the beginning I wrote a review bashing n directing my anger outburst on identityiq. I apologize for doing so because Anna from their department reached out n asked what had happened I explained that I was applying for a loan. In ordered to submit the loan app a b I x came up n I tried submitting my app but their was no way to bypass that without checking the credit score so I had no choice to do so I click the box n submitted my app so when Anna reached out I told her what happened she understood n issued me a courtesy refund which I was so thankful for. We resolved the problem agn I do apologize for this mishap. If she can work with me like that she works for a fine company. Thank you Anna.

I would like to express my gratitude to the fraud team at IdentityIQ for their assistance in identifying strategies to remove a person, scammer from my life. Although, they have not been arrested, it gives me comfort that the one of the highest agencies is taken steps to confront her. With their guidance of Mr.Mark Jackson, I was able to compose a comprehensive 21-page letter addressed to the director of the FBI, in which I reported that my scammer had altered their website. I am pleased to share that I recently learned the website now features a warning regarding its legitimacy. This development has provided me with the opportunity to extend my appreciation to Mr. Jackson for establishing an effective means of communication with the FBI. Furthermore, I am also pleased to note that the FBI has introduced a dedicated phone number to assist elderly individuals aged 60, which is my husband, and older who are experiencing harassment. Words cannot adequately convey the loyalty that this company has demonstrated toward my family and me. The entire fraud department has clearly shown their commitment to combating fraud and assisting in the recovery of what criminals have stolen or attempted to steal, ensuring that such actions do not occur under their watch. My family and I have been victims of identity theft for several years ongoing. With the ongoing support of Mr. Mark Jackson, a supervisor, my scammer is becoming increasingly desperate and resorting to outdated tactics that he once caught. Ms. Kim informed me about Informed Delivery, as my scammer has been intercepting our mail, opening it, and resealing it. After a year of collaboration with Mr. Jackson, I am pleased to report that we have finally received Informed Delivery. Despite the massive breach, and the various companies that my scammer has caused, IdentityIQ is still stand firm. They could have easily stated that they could no longer assist me due to the size of my data breach, However, due to their training, experience, and the genuine care they exhibit, they remain steadfast in their support. I am aware that many companies would have chosen to give up under similar circumstances, but IdentityIQ has not, and for this, I am profoundly grateful. Hats off to the fraud team for their diligence.

Ms. Shea made the customer service experience great! How? By listening to the customer and not becoming combative especially when the customer is already upset in tone. The first representative (Candy) definitely need customer service retraining. Ms. Shea listened as I was very upset. She allowed me to complete my thought without interrupting. She apologized for the previous experience I endured. She took care of the issue at hand and assured me I would be refunded. The first rep just canceled and never stated the existing charge could be refunded. I rate Ms. Shea 5+ on every level. Keep up the great work Shea! You're going places!!!

Identity IQ has charged my credit card where I had to get a new one and then charged my new one when I never even activated it. These people are thieves and scams. I never once ever gave you permission to charge my card or how you even got my card number. Watch out for these people. They are thieves

I was forced to pay one dollar for a week trial period in order to see a rental property. Authentication couldn't be completed (at least in a week) and I never heard back from the rental, so I tried to cancel my trial. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT OR END YOUR TRIAL ON THE SITE. You must call and fight through a sales pitch to cancel. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. IT IS ALWAYS JUST "ON HOLD." THEY REFUSE TO RELINQUISH YOUR DATA. If you'd look at the other reviews, the company responded to one fellow who used his real name and photo (rookie mistake) with CONFIDENTIAL DETAILS OF THEIR PHONE CALL to single him out and humiliate him. Do you understand the intent and the effort the company had to put in to hunt down this man from his review just because you're mad he pointed out that in 2025 IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIAL WITHOUT CALLING AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRULY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT? You think they care who they hand out your SSN to? You think they won't mysteriously or "accidentally" keep charging you long after you put you account "on hold"? Because after all, it was only "on hold." : ) Hold onto the "cancellation" email because these people can't be trusted and should be put out of business for abusive handling of people's data.
UPDATE: Their reply is bull, front to back. Note how they omit any mention of the other reviewer I mentioned and make zero attempt to deny or justify their behavior. There is no cancel button. You are forced to call, and during limited business hours. And good luck "canceling"!
