Exemplary client-management communication, fast and precise control of metadata, smooth and easy transaction, promotional and marketing is good could be better but those are the main ones I would say that makes them awesome.
Had to transfer all my catalogue from my past distributor to Identity Music and it's done in weeks. Helped me publish music to all streaming service and guides me with promotion and pitching. Multiple communication with management is a big plus and they reply within hour/s when I needed help, staff is helpful and friendly. 5/5 for sure.

Fantastic distributor with amazing support!
We have various artist projects ourselves and also run an independent record label. This would be so much harder without Identity music. I was looking for a distributor for both my label and my personal releases when I left Distrokid and Forward Distribution.
I'm sorry I didn't make the switch sooner: human and ultra-fast support, special attention to labels and artists, everything done to make it easy. You can feel the structure on the artists' side.
The transfer from other distributors was done by the team, and everything went smoothly. And I was able to distribute the new releases quickly.
I'd advise all artists and labels to migrate to Identity Music if they're looking for a reliable partner to distribute and manage their music.

Great distributor with super helpful & responsive support. Have made some great improvements to the platform over the past couple of years too.
unprofessionalism in the review of projects, when you send a project to them for evaluation, they don't respond to you, they don't even follow up on it.
Thief Company they steal money and not update revenue update. They were stealing my money since last 4-5 months.
Worst of the worst.
Don't even login to their website.

Hopefully this can help, this is almost same like Identifyy but different name and company, I wanted to signup but only allowing application (but sadly rejected 3 times, but they friendly said "Don't give up just yet, maybe someday you can join us again")
