I am about to retire ... and my recent comments about the support I received from IdenTrust personnel is actually applicable to all the support that I've ever received from the IdenTrust folks who happened to take my call. After making a few phone calls for support I knew I was going to be taken care of whenever I called. You were 100 percent perfect every time I called. Thank you for 24 years of support whenever I needed it. You teams was perfect every time.

Reducing the time that you paid for
Genuine scam artists. Horrible customer service. My certificate expired due to poor instructions from the company. My account was locked my numerous passwords. I finally get it figured out and the company offers me a one year voucher instead of the 17 months I have left. There version of reaching out to a customer is sending an email instead of a phone call to provide assistance.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand how important timely access to your certificate is, and I appreciate the opportunity to review your concern.
Our records show that the certificate was issued and shipped on the date it was requested, and it later expired after the standard retrieval period. Replacement options depend on when we are notified of an issue, and I’m not seeing any prior contact regarding this certificate before your recent call.
I’ve sent a separate message via email as well as added to your support ticket, with additional information and a request for documentation so I can look into this further.

I have been at a Tribally ran IHS Health Clinic in Rural Oklahoma for just over 2 months now. I had a couple of hiccups before I was able to utilize my USB Token for EPCS prescribing. There were at least 3 maybe 4 individuals who helped me along that process. Each person was Fabulous at assisting me with detailed instructions to resolve each of those small stumbling blocks. Your Onboarding and IT Help Desk dept are fabulous and what I have most appreciated is not only the excitement of your personnel staff to help me through each new issue but the speed with which their services were available! ROCK SOLID and ROCK STARS are IdenTrust Services!!! Thank YOU!!

Great fast service
Great fast service. He was very helpful and guided me all he way until I was able to install my card into a new computer. That was a big relief since my original computer where I started with Identrust, was in the shop and I needed to digitally sign documents.
