Update 24/9: Finally received welcome mail with further instructions. I'll raise the recommendation and hope for a great experience going forward.

I have paid for a course starting 25/9 but still havn’t received any welcome mail with further instructions from NovoEd, who should be their vendor. I have reached out to IDEO via chat and mail but no help so far. Their chat keep writing: “I’ll Connect you with a team member …” but nothing happens
