Update 24/9: Finally received welcome mail with further instructions. I'll raise the recommendation and hope for a great experience going forward.

I have paid for a course starting 25/9 but still havn’t received any welcome mail with further instructions from NovoEd, who should be their vendor. I have reached out to IDEO via chat and mail but no help so far. Their chat keep writing: “I’ll Connect you with a team member …” but nothing happens

# Misleading Advertising

I had a disappointing experience with IDEOU's Human-Centered Systems Thinking course. The company's marketing prominently featured Deirdre Cerminaro as the instructor, which was a significant factor in my decision to enroll. I even researched her teaching style through her YouTube videos and podcasts before signing up.

However, upon starting the course, I discovered that Ms. Cerminaro was not actually teaching the course. Instead, IDEOU uses a "Teaching Team" to provide feedback and support. This team, in my experience, did not match the expertise level I expected based on the advertised instructor.

IDEO is a great company with tons of innovation. However, prospective students should thoroughly investigate what they're actually getting before enrolling in any IDEOU course.
