As far as quality of repair goes, iDropped it was immaculate. I had the charging port repaired on my iPhone 5 and never had another problem with it. iDropped it could benefit from better communication... Voir plus

Shattered iPhone 6S Plus
I took my wife's iPhone 6S Plus into iDropped It in Lt Collins Street. No appointment. The glass was shattered and it had screen damage. 30 minutes later the phone was as good as new. Working perfectly. Really friendly efficient service and a very reasonable price. Much quicker and much less expensive than going to an Apple store. Highly recommended.

Not returned within timeframe promised.
Repair job was fine, but returned to me much later than promised, and only after I called them. Was promised 3 - 5pm, ended up having to wait around office to almost 6pm to receive it. Thanks though to Isabella (staff member) who went out of her way on way home to bring it to me.

The sales experience was fine but now the gyroscope on my phone does not work properly and the bottom of the screen is damaged (gas lost pixels across the bottom of the screen)

Hi Damian, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you're not happy with your recent iPhone 6 repair. We do provide a 12 month warranty on the screen, if you believe its faulty you just need to simply bring it back in to be resolved as long as the screen hasn't suffered any physical damage.
In regards to your gyroscope that would of been damaged by the drop to the phone that broke your screen, its a sensitive component and can be effected by dropping the phone. Its impossible for us to even touch this component as its covered by a soldered shield. You may need to also just reset the phone settings and re-calibrate the gyroscope, you're more then welcome to drop in and let us take a look for you and see if its a simple fix.

Prompt and trusted service
I highly recommend iDropped It to others who will want a prompt and trusted service. My Iphone 6 was disconnecting when I talk on the phone for a few seconds and was lagging. The friendly and professional technician was able to identify the issue promptly and helped me replace a battery. My phone is now running smoothly. Thank you! :)

Great service, and very fast.
Was extremely impressed with the service I received from iDropped It. They did a quick inspection of my phone when I brought it in and then said to come back in half an hour at which time the phone was repaired and ready to go, extremely fast service, 10 out of 10 :)

Phone was kind of fixed but still has bugs. Not very convenient location now that they have moved. Will be looking for a new repairer in future.
